Tingginya penyebaran Covid-19 semakin berdampak pada bidang kesehatan, ekonomi, bahkan bidang pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga pemerintah Indonesia melakukan tindakan vaksinasi Covid-19 guna menekan tingkat penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia. Namun hal tersebut dinilai kotroversial sehingga menarik perhatian masyarakat untuk memberikan opini di berbagai media seperti media sosial twitter. Sehingga membutuhkan analisa sentimen masyarakat terhadap upaya pemerintah pada tindakan vaksinasi Covid-19 untuk mencapai hasil prediksi dengan nilai akurasi paling optimal. Proses crawling secara otomatis menggunakan tools Rapidminer akan mengambil data tweets yang mengandung 5 (lima) kata kunci, yaitu “Vaksin Sinovac”, “Vaksin Astrazeneca”, “Vaksin Moderna”, “Vaksin Merah Putih”, dan “Vaksinasi Covid-19”. Dataset tweets didapatkan dari tanggal 4 Agustus 2021 sampai 12 Agustus 2021. Dataset diperoleh sejumlah 2060 tweets dan diberi label secara manual didapatkan jumlah tweet sebanyak 1193 sentimen positif, 73 negatif, dan 794 netral. Data tersebut dianalisa dengan menggunakan Metode Feature Selection Chi-Squared Statistic dan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk mengurangi atribut yang kurang relevan pada saat proses klasifikasi dengan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa Algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) tanpa Feature Selection mendapatkan nilai akurasi 63,69%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) dengan Feature Selection Chi-Squared Statistic mempunyai tingkat akurasi 69,13%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) dengan Particle Swarm Optimization mempunyai tingkat akurasi 66,02%. Dengan demikian hasil seleksi fitur Chi-Squared Statistic mendapatkan nilai akurasi yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan Particle Swarm Optimization untuk proses klasifikasi algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) dengan selisih akurasi 3,11%.

Berdasarkan undang-undang tersebut perushan di wajibkan melindungi karyawanya selama bekerja dengan menyediakan alat pelindung diri dengan lengkap serta pengawasan. Salah satu bagian paling penting dalam tubuh manusia adalah kepala, dengan penggunaan helem projek untuk melindungi kepala dapat mencegah terjadinya kecelakan kerja yang lebih serius. Dalam pengawasan pengguanan alat pelindung diri berupa helem di perlukan kesadaran dan pengawasan baik secara langsung maupun memanfaatakn teknologi. Pengolahan Citra merupakansalah satu teknologi yang dapat di manfaatakan dalam pengawasa. Pengolahan Citra dapat membedakan pengguna helem dan tidak, dalam prosesnya juga di perlukan beberapa tahapan. Salah satu tahapan paling penting adalah segmentasi Citra di mana gambar akan di olah terlebih dahulu. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan beberapa metode segmentasi Citra seperti Sobel, Canny Dan Otsu untuk mendapatkan gambar yang baik dalam proses clasifikasi pengguna helem menggunakan metode SVM. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian di dapatkan kombinasi terbaik segmentasi cita sobel, canny, dan otsu yang di klasifikasi menggunakan SVM sebesar 81%.
Obesity is an excess weight that is characterized by the Body Mass Index (BMI) 27kg/m2. Obesity in health professionals can potentially endanger health professionals. Tomatoes are a source of lycopene which has a protective effect against obesity. This study aims to analyze the effect of giving tomato juice on the waist circumference and body fat of health officers with obesity. This experimental study employed the pre-test and post-test control group design. The research sample comprised 66 individuals, divided into 2 groups. The Control group was given education on a low-calorie diet while the treatment group was given education on a low-calorie diet and 500 ml of tomato juice. The data analysis was conducted using paired–t-tests. After 30 days of treatment, there was a decrease in body fat levels in the treatment group by 1.32+1.4 (p=0.000). Meanwhile, in the control group, there was no significant difference (p=0.543). The treatment group experienced a decrease in waist circumference by 5+0.44 (p=0.000) and the control group had a difference of 3.12+2.61 (p=0.000). Tomato juice is effective in reducing waist circumference and body fat in obesity. It is necessary to consider the use of tomato juice in programs aimed at reducing waist circumference and body fat.
BACKGROUND: Anthrax is a zoonotic disease caused by Bacillus anthracis, whose endospores stimulate the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and promote oxidative stress. Propolis, a natural resource that can be found in Indonesia, has been proven to have anti-apoptotic and antioxidant role which might be a potential adjuvant therapy for anthrax treatment. Hence in this study we aimed to investigate effect of propolis as an anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, and antioxidant in anthrax rats model by examining the level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, caspase-3, and malondialdehyde (MDA), respectively.METHODS: This was an experimental post-test only study with 40 male rats weighed 180-200 g that were induced by anthrax spores injected subcutaneously. The rats were divided into one control positive group and four intervention groups that were administered with 200 mg/kgBW propolis extract for 7 to 14 days. The levels of serum TNF-α, caspase-3, and MDA were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and analyzed with bivariate analysis.RESULTS: TNF-α, caspase-3, and MDA level were found lower in anthrax rats model given ethanol extract of propolis than the control group. The lowest concentration of TNF-α value was found in group administered with propolis extract 200 mg/kgBW for 7 days before the anthrax induction (6.136±0.205 pg/mL). The results were similar to the MDA serum and caspase-3 which were the lowest when the propolis was administered 7 days earlier (1.893±0.188 nmol/mL and 2.040±0.067 ng/mL). There was significant difference in the TNF-α, caspase-3, and MDA serum levels (p≤0.001) compared to control group.CONCLUSION: Propolis has anti-apoptotic and antioxidant effects which can be used as complementary therapy in anthrax infection.KEYWORDS: propolis, anthrax, anti-apoptotic, antioxidants
Depletion of the reservoirs leads to a decrease in field production rate. Wells production rate continue to drop below the minimum critical velocity, at which point the liquid that was previously carried upward by the gas begins to fall back. The produced liquid accumulates in the well creating a static column of liquid, therefore creating a backpressure against formation pressure and reducing production until the well ceases production. Down hole Capillary Surfactant Injection (DCSI) is installed on the wells to overcome the liquid loading symptom by generating foam, thereby reducing the surface tension, lowering the fluid density, and lowering critical rate. This paper discusses the improvement to obtain higher success ratio of DCSI installation project on the observed field. Analysis and improvement is done to improve the success of DCSI installation through a comprehensive wells screening, continuity laboratory test, and field optimisation. The screening including the selection of liquid loaded wells & laboratory test (foam test, pH, and salinity test) were corrected with the actual temperature to obtain an accurate foam performance. Correlation is generated to correct the effect of foam build rate and decay rate against critical parameters. Validating well performances with the results of laboratory tests is conducted by continuously field optimisation. The laboratory test is significantly important to screen DCSI well candidate. Surfactant concentration, temperature, & condensate content are critical variables for foam build up and decay performances. Uncertainty variable and un-matching well performance previously not assessed can be reduced by these improvement steps, thus increasing the success ratio DCSI project. The improvement DCSI screening proposed is used as a reference to start the DCSI project to obtain higher success ratio.
