Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, ulasan produk dan tampilan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online (Studi kasus pada produk casing custom Rendevous Industries di Tokopedia). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner online. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden yang diambil dengan teknik sampling purposive. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda disertai uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial), koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer SPSS 24.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa harga, ulasan dan tampilan produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada produk casing custom Rendevous Industries di Tokopedia. Faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada produk casing custom Rendevous Industries di Tokopedia adalah harga.
The crime of piracy is transnational; handling it requires bilateral or multilateral cooperation; according to Article 9 (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law, Number 1 of 2006, only the National Police Chief and the Attorney General can request Mutual Legal Assistance. Still, the Indonesian Navy has applied for Mutual Legal Assistance against the MT Orkim Harmony piracy case. With these facts, this paper tries to see how the efforts of the Central Authority (Polri and Prosecutors) in assisting law enforcement by the Navy and how the implementation of the Mutual Legal Assistance agreement. The research method uses normative law or library research with a statute approach and analyzes the data in this study using qualitative normative analysis. From the results of the study
6-aminopenicillinic acid (6-APA) is the raw materials for producing semi-synthetic penicillin. In commercial scale, penicillin G is conversed into 6-APA enzymatically by penicillin acylase. Due to the nature of equilibrium reaction, the products are in mixture solution of penicillin G, 6-APA, and phenil acetic acid (PAA). In order to purify the targetted 6-APA, steps of evaporation, crystallisation, and drying are thereby compulsory. In this research, the optimum operation conditions for model solution evaporation were observed. Operation variables, like temperature was varied in the range between 30-65°C at -100mmHg, and pressure was also set between -300 and -50mmHg at constant temperature of 50°C. The results showed that temperature is a dominant factor determining the yield of 6-APA, compared to vacuum pressure from -300 mmHg to -50 mmHg that provided similar yield value. This fact was supported by interpretation of the crystal’s purity for the pressure variation that overall was more than 90% (suggested the homogeneity and higher 6-APA content); hence, operation in each pressure for that range is feasible. To conclude, at 50°C and evaporation pressure of -100mmHg, the highest 6-APA yield and total yield of 97.46% and 91.76%, respectively, were attained.
