Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivas (GPPH) adalah suatu gangguan dimana seorang anak menunjukkan perilaku hiperaktif, impulsif, dan/atau tidak punya perhatian yang sejalan dengan usianya. Angka kejadian GPPH lebih tinggi terjadi pada anak usia sekolah dasar dibandingkan pada anak usia remaja dan dewasa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi anak dengan GPPH di SLB ABCD Polokarto. Pravalensi GPPH pada anak usia sekolah di Amerika Serikat Sebesar 8-10%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan case study research pada anak GPPH. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak dengan GPPH sejumlah 2 orang yang diambil dengan teknik non probalility sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari ke-2 pasien berumur 10 tahun, bermain sampai tidak terkontrol, sering gagal memberi perhatian, tidak mendengarkan perkataan guru, sering menghindar pada suatu kegiatan, asik dengan kegiatannya sendiri, sering melawan perintah guru, tidak menyelesaikan tugas. Sehingga dapat ditegakkan risiko keterlambatan perkembangan berhubungan dengan gangguan perilaku (defisit perhatian). Peneliti melakukan tindakan terapi bermain meronce manik-manik untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi selama 10 x 45-60 menit, didapatkan hasil evaluasi 1 dari 2 subjek mengalami peningkatan konsentrasi dari 2 menit menjadi 6 menit selama meronce manik-manik. Tindakan tersebut efektif dalam upaya peningkatan konsentrasi pada anak GPPH.
