The learning process in the world of lectures often makes students become excessively stressed or often known as burnout. However, realizing that the main study in their lecture activities is the very noble Qur'an, most of them always overcome this burnout problem or excessive stress as early as possible before it becomes chronic. This article discusses the verses of the Qur'an that are used as motivation by students of the Department of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Sciences. The author uses a field research model with qualitative methods with a descriptive approach in compiling this research. Although not all, most of the students of the Department of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir who experienced burnout solved their problems with the Qur'an. They usually have some favorite verses that they use as motivation in living their lives, not least in carrying out their lives in the world of lectures. These verses generally invite them to reflect on themselves by being grateful for all kinds of pressure from lectures as a blessing from Allah that other people want so that they are eager to learn. In addition, these favorite verses make them compete to achieve Allah's promises to humans who are always patient, especially in seeking knowledge. These verses include surah al-Mujdalam verse 11, sura Adz-Dzariat verse 56, Surah Al-Insyirah, as well as verses of the Qur'an containing the terms ta'qilun and yatafakkarun and their derivations.
