Uma análise biomecânica no intuito de identificar riscos e alterações observa a sobrecarga exposta ao corpo, assim como posturas que podem levar a uma lesão. A utilização de ferramentas auxilia na identificação de possíveis riscos. O uso de software confiável e projetado se torna eficaz na avaliação. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar a confiabilidade do uso de software na análise biomecânica. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura de artigos com base de dados dos últimos dez anos, nas plataformas de dados PubMed, BVS, SciELO e PEDro, utilizando como palavras de busca Ergonomia, Kinovea, SAPO e confiabilidade, no idioma de português e inglês. Os resultados encontrados mostram que o uso do software Kinovea tem confiabilidade acima de 90% na análise biomecânica e SAPO acima de 60% para análise biomecânica, e podem ser utilizados como ferramentas para identificar possíveis riscos que podem levar a LER/DORT. Após a pesquisa, pode-se concluir que o software Kinovea e SAPO para análise biomecânica são confiáveis.
