In the 21st century, the International law should seek the social peace and, therefore, must have as a main figure human being. The acceleration of the globalization process and the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution comes causing deep changes in form of business organization and, in consequence, arises new work relationships, relativizing the classic "employment relationship". The chapter tries to analize a new organizational system of XXI century: digital platform companies. Is used as a model the UBER platform company, because it is one of the pioneers in this organizational form, providing the rise of a new work relationship, digital platform workers. The chapter brings a study about challenges of digital platform worker's legal protection, how the situation has been dealing in different countries and in Brazil, and, how to manage the deep changes in the world of work with a guarantee of social rights acquired over the history. This chapter explores the theme of human rights and business, in the field of ONU, to check that the new work relationships, which has expanded around the globe, claim an appropriate international regulation. The study uses as a search procedure method, a bibliographic review and the analysis of decisions, searching for reflection and maturity of the subject.
