El trabajo para muchas mujeres se ha vuelto más complejo desde que inició la pandemia por covid-19. Las condiciones de trabajo han empeorado y, siguiendo a Miriam Wlosko (2020), se ha acentuado la precarización de la vida como modelo normalizado de exis- tencia. El trabajo de cuidados no ha sido considerado en las lógicas del teletrabajo (re- munerado) y esto está teniendo importantes efectos. La presente investigación, de corte cualitativo, tuvo por objetivo analizar las experiencias de teletrabajo docente de un grupo de profesoras, quienes participaron en sesiones de grupos focales, bajo la metodología de la psicodinámica del trabajo. Los resultados muestran una visible complejidad en la vivencia del trabajo docente en este contexto; las contradicciones, los momentos de dificultad e incluso algunas ventajas se mezclan, conviven y confunden; sin embargo, la fatiga física, el miedo, la ira y la soledad, así como una sensación de pesadez constante, acompaña la labor docente en estos tiempos. Las docentes construyen una serie de estrategias defensivas que les permiten salir adelante con ambos roles. Se concluye que hay un camino largo por recorrer en materia de equidad de género dentro de los hogares, pero, sobre todo, en los espacios de trabajo, en este caso, universitario.
