Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang konsep dasar sistem pendukung keputusan oleh kepala Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putra dan Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putri Ngabar Ponorogo dalam merancang kurikulum integratif, model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang digunakan, dan implikasi penggunaan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pada perancangan kurikulum integratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, data diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan pengamatan langsung pada lokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Konsep Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menurut Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putra dan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putri adalah seperangkat instrumen yang diciptakan oleh manusia berbantuan system kompleks (boleh jadi berbantuan komputer) yang bekerja sebagai pendulang, pengolah, pemberi respon, dan rekomendasi keputusan berdasar pada kebutuhan dan tujuan. 2). Pengambilan Keputusan harus dilakukan dengan model dinamik dan statis sekaligus, karena persoalan yang muncul tidak akan tertangani dengan baik jika mengandalkan model statis. Pengambilan keputusan harus mengedepankan musyawarah mufakat untuk menghindari conflict of interest yang tidak perlu. Integrasi model yang ditawarkan oleh Robert D. Spech. Model komprehensif diambil untuk menyelesaikan persoalan kompleks yang terjadi dan diakhiri dengan formalisasi keputusan untuk menjamin validitas konstruk kurikulum dan legitimasi keputusan. 3). Kurikulum integratif madrasah yang dirumuskan oleh Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putra dan Madrasah Aliyah Wali Songo Putri adalah kurikulum Transdisipliner Integratif Independen Curriculum (TIIC).
This paper discusses an analytical prescriptive approach to analyzing education policy. This study uses an appropriate literature review method so that the results of the study are in the form of an overview based on a critical analysis of the subject matter of the benefits of prescriptive analytics in the field of Islamic education management. The main issues discussed in this study include a prescriptive analytics approach as an educational policy analysis approach, a prescriptive approach model in education policy analysis, and the advantages and disadvantages of a prescriptive approach in education policy analysis. This study finds that a project manager must undertake prescriptive analytics today and in the Industry 4.0 era. However, managers have a weakness in skills in this area because the future of data analysis is prescriptive, despite the impact of the obligation to change management. Research advises educationmanagers to realize that prescriptive analytics is not always correct. Prescriptive analytics products can only be applied to one educational institution. However, the domino effect of prescriptive analytics has many benefits for educational institutions,both tangible and intangible.
This study aims to clarify that the novel "A Cup of Tea" by Gita Savitri Devi (GSD) can utilize a multidisciplinary approach to literary analysis using critical discourse analysis (CDA). This study poses three research questions: 1). Did the authors (GSD) link cyberbullying and the gender gap? 2). In the perspective of efforts to raise awareness about gender equality, how does GSD see the dangers of cyberbullying? 3). How can GSD's direct knowledge of the dangers of cyberbullying improve the struggle for gender equality? The CDA Qualitative Method was used to study "A Cup of Tea." Dijk's model uses a concept map to investigate literary works' structural and interactional paradigms. This study concludes that the writer's active and passive sentences have been examined. The structural paradigm includes the superstructure, macrostructure, and microstructure. This is complemented by some aesthetics that set the backdrop for the whole story. GSD's work is filled with anti-gender rhetoric and cyberbullying. Gita Savitri Devi is an outspoken advocate for women's rights. Women's emotional control must be exaggerated to show their work as skilled artists. GSD seems to be captivated by the future of Indonesia's young generation. The results of this study are very important to teach Indonesian youth about the dangers of cyberbullying and its relation to the issue of gender inequality. According to research, anti-cyberbullying strategies emphasize national character in online social interactions. The novel is useful as a media campaign against cyberbullying and the struggle for gender equality. Opportunities for further research on other types of literary works are urgently needed.
The semiotic interpretation of Reyog as an intangible cultural treasure and a representation of Ponorogo people's historical knowledge is still debatable, especially in light of Reyog Ponorogo's failure to become one of the nominees to be presented to UNESCO in the second week of April 2022. This research explains how a) Reyog Ponorogo as a local culture requires socio-religious values and b) the historical construction of Reyog Ponorogo has strengthened the reality of social change. Child Reog Performance and Drama "Songgolangit Sayemboroo" on December 11, 2021, on the Youtube Channel of the East Java Pavilion, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah was studied (TMII). This qualitative research uses a constructivist method. Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis identifies denotation, connotation, and myth in Child Reog and Songgolangit Sayemboroo. The study found that a. structured denotation relates to valued artwork. Reyog Ponorogo, drums, demung, saron, Peking, trumpet, gong, kempul, bonang, slenthem, gender, xylophone, violin, zither, and angklung are cultural values. The Child Reog Show and Drama "Songgolangit Sayemboroo" are put on because of how history was made to seem. Construction interpretation is a myth that isn't necessarily about mythology. The online presentation shows that the social reconstruction of Ponorogo has lasted a long time in the form of a vernacular building in the Reyog Ponorogo style which requires historical values which are very important for cultural development. Reyog's art and dance performances are part of Ponorogo's history to preserve art, culture, and noble legacy and promote equal rights for women. In a family-run government, human rights breaches and gender inequalities may occur. Reyog mentioned a critical lesson in the Quran Chapter 51 verse 56 and Chapter 4 verse 36 about a wonderful lady's spiritual effort to love God without damaging or hurting others, let alone both parents' hearts.
