ABSTRAK Balai Latihan Kerja secara umum merupakan gedung atau sarana yang digunakan sebagai tempat berlatih dan menambah keterampilan untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Saat ini proses penerimaan dan ujian seleksi peserta pelatihan kerja pada balai latihan kerja masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, peserta harus mendatangi lokasi balai latihan kerja untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan mengikuti ujian seleksi, dampaknya hal ini menjadi salah satu hambatan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengikuti program pelatihan kerja. Selain itu kurangnya penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat tentang periode penerimaan peserta pelatihan kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh balai latihan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat untuk memudahkan dalam proses pendaftaran dan pelaksanaan ujian seleksi menjadi peserta pelatihan kerja. Serta diharapkan dapat meminimalkan hambatan yang selama ini terjadi. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak terdapat beberapa pendekatan atau metode yang digunakan, dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) untuk membangun aplikasi seleksi peserta pelatihan kerja. Extreme Programming (XP) merupakan sebuah proses rekayasa perangkat lunak yang cenderung menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dan sasaran dari metode ini adalah tim yang dibentuk dalam skala kecil sampai medium serta metode ini juga sesuai jika tim dihadapkan dengan requirement yang tidak jelas maupun terjadi perubahan-perubahan requirement yang sangat cepat. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi penyebaran informasi dan ujian seleksi peserta pelatihan berbasis web yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada calon peserta untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait balai latihan kerja, melakukan pendaftaran sampai dengan melakukan ujian seleksi. Currently the process of acceptance and examination of the selection of training participants at the vocational training center is still done in the conventional way, the participants must go to the vocational training center to enroll and take the selection test, the impact of this becomes one of the obstacles for people who want to join the job training program. In addition, the lack of dissemination of information to the public about the period of acceptance of training participants conducted by the vocational training center. This study aims to create a web-based application using Extreme Programming (XP) method that is useful for the community to facilitate the registration process and implementation of the selection test to be a work-training participant. And expected to minimize the barriers that have been happening. In the software development there are several approaches or methods used, in this study the method used is Extreme Programming (XP) to build application selection of training participants. Extreme Programming (XP) is a software engineering process that tends to use object oriented approach and the target of this method is a team formed on a small to medium scale and this method is also appropriate if the team faced with unclear requirements as well as changes in requirement changes which is very fast. The results of this research is the application of information dissemination and selection test of web-based training participants that can give ease to prospective participants to get information related to work training center, registering up to do the selection test. Abstrak-Untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi DJP online berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, maka diperlukan proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi tersebut. Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat kepentingan, mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dan menganalisis komponenkomponen apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanannya yang terdapat pada sistem informasi DJP online. Adapun data primer yang didapatkan berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 orang pengguna sistem informasi DJP online untuk mendapatkan tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengukuran rata-rata tingkat kepuasan berada pada 3.90 yang berarti sistem informasi DJP online sudah memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna, sedangkan rata-rata tingkat kepentingan berada pada 4.04 yang berarti penerapan sistem informasi DJP online dianggap penting untuk memudahkan wajib pajak dalam melaporkan SPT.Kata Kunci: DJP online, kerangka kerja PIECES, tingkat kepentingan, tingkat kepuasan.
Quota calculation for teaching lecturers to become routine activities carried out every month which is used as a reference for payment of honorarium teaching lecturers and management decision making. Calculation of teaching credits that are done manually requires quite a long time due to the increasing number of lecturers. In addition, mistakes and errors often occur in the credit calculation process and cause complaints from lecturers who teach in each semester. The purpose of this study is to build an application that can calculate the number of credits to teach lecturers quickly and accurately. Designing an application certainly requires a method that is specific to help during the process. Based on the developmental needs of the method, one of the important elements in the development of information needs. The method used in the design of this application is Extreme Programming which is a method that has four stages in its implementation, namely planning, designing, coding and testing. Through these four stages, it is expected that the results will be maximized and can be more helpful in the process needed. The results of this study in the form of a quota mapping application teaching lecturers that can provide convenience and accuracy in calculating the number of credits teaching lecturers quickly and accurately, able to reduce errors in the calculation process and can minimize complaints from lecturers related to teaching fees obtained
Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) is the latest learning way in the language education where applications or websites are used to facilitate students learning activities. Mobile phone has been studied years by researchers in its connection with education-related activities. This research will focus on its main purposes, they are: 1) students’ perceptions in using mobile phone in English language learning classroom activities; 2). the problem of using mobile phone to support classroom activities, especially in English language learning. The method of the research was quantitative method which used 70 students as research object. The data were collected through a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire. The research found; first, the students’ majority had positive perception on the usage of MALL to support classroom activities, especially in learning English language. Second, the problem in internet connectivity is the biggest problems that students faced in terms of using MALL in English language classroom. But, It is hoped that MALL will be used as one of the teaching aids that could assist students in learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL) more effectively.
Warts is a skin health problem that is generally characterized by the appearance of small, rough-textured lumps on the skin surface caused by a virus that is human papilloma virus (HPV). One technique of treatment of wart disease is immunotherapy, this method is a treatment by boosting the immune system to overcome the disease of warts. Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a method of data mining algorithm used to classify. The aim of this study was to compare the Naive bayes algorithm with Support Vector Machine (SVM) in predicting the success of immunotherapy treatment method in the treatment of wart disease. Tests conducted using the method of Naive bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) using the R programming language, then the results are used to do the comparison. The results of this study revealed that the Naive bayes method has superior prediction capability compared to Support Vector Machine (SVM) because Naive bayes can predict all class instances correctly with the accuracy level of 1.
