Pendidikan selalu menjadi perhatian utama untuk mempersiapkan masa depan setiap generasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi profesionalisme guru. Mengingat bahwa penelitian ini terkait dengan ilmu sosial dan humaniora, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Koleksi data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan wawancara partisipatif. Informan dipilih oleh teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive dengan beberapa kriteria, dan diwawancarai dengan teknik satu-satu dan pertanyaan terbuka. Triangulasi, pemeriksaan anggota, dan briefing peer de 'dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kredibilitas dan validitas data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan konten dan analisis tema. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan guru semakin profesional mereka. 2) Pelatihan membuat mereka lebih sadar akan profesionalisme mereka. 3) Pelatihan Pembelajaran dan Administrasi Membuat Mereka Lebih Profesional. 4) Pelatihan sikap membuat guru lebih bijaksana saat berhadapan dengan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa pandangan luas tentang kehidupan guru dan bagaimana melatihnya dengan baik.
The flood disaster that hit Indonesia at the beginning of the year 2020 and the earlier haze and forest fires was very shocking and alarming not only Indonesian but also people of neighboring countries. Indonesian did not prepare for these disasters. These disasters are caused by people's ignorance of environmental safety. Indonesian are religious people, they obey religious laws and rules. They come to pray to the Almighty God regularly. Harm nature is forbidden by religion. The phenomena are, even though religions teach to conserve nature, many people still destroy them. The focus of the study was the perceptions of common people concerning the environment. The research questions are what is the people's perception of nature and the environment? What is the situation that encourages people to ignore the environment? What is the level of environmental knowledge of the common people of Indonesia? What is the best way to wake people up and realize the importance of the preservation of nature and living environment? This qualitative study which uses Phenomenological and Grounded Theory approach with in-depth interviews collecting data procedures found 5 main perspectives of people concerning their involvement of environment and climate change, 1) Environment is a Government responsibility, 2) Economics reason, 3) Lack of knowledge and skills of climate change, 4) No spirit of togetherness to conserve the environment, 5) Climate Changes has no instant and direct impact on oneself. This study contributes to the environmental management to understand the resident's perception of saving the environment or green Earth and the factors of why people ignoring environmental health. Furthermore, the research findings will help the environmentalist can develop the models to awakening the awareness of people to the green environment and make the right action of conserving nature.
Indonesian are polite and kind to others, and nowadays, central and local government of the Republic of Indonesia (both provincial and district) are actively implementing programs of 9-year compulsory education. However, at the same time, the acts of ethical infractions were very widespread and were done by students. Group fighting between students and other negative activities that were done by a student in a group or alone often occur and are very worrying. The other event of violating ethics were: high school student attacking substitute teacher, student bullying teacher, attacking school cleaning service personnel, and much more. The purpose of this paper is to uncover deeply what are the reasons or the backgrounds of the unethical behavior of student's violence against teachers and other personnel in school and communities. The setting of this research is in Bekasi City, West Java Province of Indonesia. This research used a qualitative approach with grounded research design with questioners, field observations and interviews data gathering. The research is focused on ethical behavior and knowledge of high school and undergraduate university students in the setting area. The research questions were: 1) Why student or students do violence to teacher and others?. 2) What is underlying their violent behaviors? The research result indicated that the level of educations has strong influences on the ethical behaviors of a person. And research also found that there were four factors that strongly influenced the act of unethical behavior of students. This research suggested a model of ethical teaching in educational institutions.
This study aims to analyze the leading sector among provinces of Java Island. To accomplish economic development in a region, the local government often takes part in increasing the GDRP to achieve the people's well-being. It is essential to understand what sectors that could bring the most benefit to the economic agents. This study uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method with the sectoral current price GDRP data. The main result has shown that the provinces of Java Island have their advantage and disadvantage. Most of them excel in the agricultural sector except Jakarta Special Capital Region (SCR). Banten has a better real estate sector than the rest of Java Island, while most services sector has led by Jakarta SCR.
