This work brings up for discussion the ethical topics: is there an exchange between the researcher and the subjects of the research? Is it possible to shelter the subjects of a research during the proper research? The discussion sustains the theoretical presupposed of that the memory has a political dimension solidified in the speech of the actors and actress that lived the quotidian of the facts and of the events making possible to consolidate the collective. The objective was to discuss the visibility of the collective memory of the researcher group as a strategy of the care in research, through the poster of the memory. We used the social and poetical methodology, with 13 nurses Campina Grande city – Paraíba State – Brazil, in 2000. The results show the pertinence of the researcher group as a propitiator of the care in research and brings up the poster of the memory as an immediate replay of the performed work, increasing the self-esteem of the group and facilitating the comprehension of the collective construction of the knowledge. Jointly with the workshops of sensitiveness, creativeness and expressiveness, it is device of sheltering and of the care in research, and also it propitiated the chance for the group to express freely how it perceived / felt the partaken experience, the meeting and re-meeting with colleagues, the proposed challenges and the necessity of reproducing the experienced in the return to their jobs.
