Patient participation to patient safety is a field of study, which requires to be developed in order to define the conditions enhancing such participation and to implement a set of actions to improve healthcare safety by a cooperative management of this one.
L'objectif de cette présente communication est de présenter les configurations-type de quatre types d'incidents ferroviaires. Nous montrerons également comment elles peuvent servir de connaissances de base pour les Dirigeants de Proximité (DPX) et les Pôles Sécurité des établissements de circulation ferroviaire afin de développer un comportement proactif de la sécurité. L'approche que nous proposons vise donc à comprendre les facteurs organisationnels et humains impliqués dans les risques ferroviaires de circulation, pour ensuite servir de base théorique à l'amélioration non seulement des mesures de prévention mais aussi de l'analyse des incidents.
SummaryThe aim of this paper is to present the type configurations of four types of railway incidents. We show also how they can serve as basic knowledge to the first line managers and the security poles of rail traffic control establishments to develop a proactive behaviour of the security. The approach we propose aims to understand the organizational and human factors involved in rail traffic risks, then serve as theoretical basis for improving not only preventive measures but also the analysis of incidents.
