The sixth generation (6G) wireless communication network presents itself as a promising technique that can be utilized to provide a fully data-driven network evaluating and optimizing the end-toend behavior and big volumes of a real-time network within a data rate of Tb/s. In addition, 6G adopts an average of 1000+ massive number of connections per person in one decade (2030 virtually instantaneously). The data-driven network is a novel service paradigm that offers a new application for the future of 6G wireless communication and network architecture. It enables ultra-reliable and low latency communication (URLLC) enhancing information transmission up to around 1 Tb/s data rate while achieving a 0.1 millisecond transmission latency. The main limitation of this technique is the computational power available for distributing with big data and greatly designed artificial neural networks. The work carried out in this paper aims to highlight improvements to the multi-level architecture by enabling artificial intelligence (AI) in URLLC providing a new technique in designing wireless networks. This is done through the application of learning, predicting, and decision-making to manage the stream of individuals trained by big data. The secondary aim of this research paper is to improve a multi-level architecture. This enables user level for device intelligence, cell level for edge intelligence, and cloud intelligence for URLLC. The improvement mainly depends on using the training process in unsupervised learning by developing data-driven resource management. In addition, improving a multi-level architecture for URLLC through deep learning (DL) would facilitate the creation of a data-driven AI system, 6G networks for intelligent devices, and technologies based on an effective learning capability. These investigational problems are essential in addressing the requirements in the creation of future smart networks. The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can overcome the complexity of network defects and support a sustainable and green system. AI has been used in the Cognitive Internet of Things (CIoT), improving a large volume of data, minimizing energy consumption, managing traffic, and storing data. However, improving smart packet transmission scheduling (TS) in CIoT is dependent on choosing an optimum channel with a minimum estimated Packet Error Rate (PER), packet delays caused by channel errors, and the subsequent retransmissions. Therefore, we propose a Generative Adversarial Network and Deep Distribution Q Network (GAN-DDQN) to enhance smart packet TS by reducing the distance between the estimated and target action-value particles. Furthermore, GAN-DDQN training based on reward clipping is used to evaluate the value of each action for certain states to avoid large variations in the target action value. The simulation results show that the proposed GAN-DDQN increases throughput and transmission packet while reducing power consumption and Transmission Delay (TD) when compared to fuzzy Radial Basis Function (fuzzy-RBF) and Distributional Q-Network (DQN). Furthermore, GAN-DDQN provides a high rate of 38 Mbps, compared to actor-critic fuzzy-RBF's rate of 30 Mbps and the DQN algorithm's rate of 19 Mbps.
<span>Massive multi-input–multi-output (MIMO) systems are crucial to maximizing energy efficiency (EE) and battery-saving technology. Achieving EE without sacrificing the quality of service (QoS) is increasingly important for mobile devices. We first derive the data rate through zero forcing (ZF) and three linear precodings: maximum ratio transmission (MRT), zero forcing (ZF), and minimum mean square error (MMSE). Performance EE can be achieved when all available antennas are used and when taking account of the consumption circuit power ignored because of high transmit power. The aim of this work is to demonstrate how to obtain maximum EE while minimizing power consumed, which achieves a high data rate by deriving the optimal number of antennas in the downlink massive MIMO system. This system includes not only the transmitted power but also the fundamental operation circuit power at the transmitter signal. Maximized EE depends on the optimal number of antennas and determines the number of active users that should be scheduled in each cell. We conclude that the linear precoding technique MMSE achieves the maximum EE more than ZF and MRT</span><em></em><span>because the MMSE is able to make the massive MIMO system less sensitive to SNR at an increased number of antennas</span><span>.</span>
The use of Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) as a speed controller for Induction Motor (IM) drives is garnering strong researchers' interest since it has proven to achieve superior performance compared to conventional controllers. The aim of this study is to review and investigate the design, operations, and effects of rules reduction for FLC in IM drives. Based on the literature, the most commonly used technique to design FLC Membership Functions (MFs) rule-base and control model is based on engineering skills and experienced behavioral aspects of the controlled system. Simplified fuzzy rules approaches have been introduced to reduce the number of fuzzy rules in order to realize hardware implementation. This study discusses different simplified rules methods applied to IM drives. Most of the proposed methods shared a common drawback in that they lacked systematic procedures for designing FLC rule base. Therefore, this research proposed a methodological approach to designing and simplifying the FLC rule-base for IM drives based on dynamic step response and phase plane trajectory of the second order representation of IM drives systems. The proposed method presents guidance for designing FLC rule-base based on the general dynamic step response of the controlled system. Following the proposed method procedures, a (9, 25, 49) rules size has been designed and simplified to a (5, 7, 9) rules size. The effectiveness and accuracy of the designed rules as well as the simplified rules were verified by conducting simulation analysis of IM drives using MATLAB/Simulink environment. Step speed command performance comparisons were achieved with both standard designed and simplified rules at various speed demands. The simulation results showed that the simplified rules maintain the drive performance and produced similar behavior as the standard designed rules.
