Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) is a form of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) variation that can be used in predicting phenotypes. Data quality control is a crucial stage in the process of detecting phenotypes using SNP data. In this study, we built a web-based application to carry out the SNP data quality control function. Raw SNP data in string type are filtered by calculating the missing rate, minor allele frequency, and Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium values. The result is SNP data that has been filtered in numeric form, namely the value 1 represents dominant homozygous, 2 represents heterozygous and 3 represents homozygous recessive. SNP encoding in numerical form aims to make SNP data can be processed into machine learning for the further phenotype prediction step.
Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has the characteristics limited computing, memory and energy, so a routing protocol that supports WSN network performance is needed. Routing protocols based Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) are very suitable for use in WSN for routing data packets. In this report, we will try out several kinds of parameter values that bear on the pheromone evaporation (ρ) on the ACO algorithms applied to the WSN routing protocol with grid topology on the number of nodes variables in the WSN network. Where this can increase the number of delivery packets on a busy WSN network and each node transmits a packet continuously. From the results, the value of ρ 0.75 makes WSN performance on the grid topology with the number of nodes 12 and 30 very good in terms of the delivery packet, but with the number of nodes 70 the value of ρ 0.70 makes WSN performance better than the delivery packet side.
Durin Tonggal is one of the villages in Pancur Batu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. 60% of the people in Durin Tonggal Village work as entrepreneurs, especially small business entrepreneurs such as souvenir businesses, snack & catering businesses, and so on. The activities of Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat that have been carried out have focused on increasing understanding of the use of online media as a promotional tool for small business entrepreneurs in the Village of Durin Tonggal. With increasing public understanding, it can expand the buyers of products so that it will increase the sales of products and services. Increased sales transactions will result in high economic turnover so that this PKM activity is expected to improve the lives of Durin Tonggal villagers.
