This article intends to describe the effectiveness of using Canva as an MI/SD science learning medium. Globalization brings major changes in the way people live. These changes are driven by the growing development of science and technology, which has an impact on various sectors of life, including in the field of education. The design of learning media at this time not only utilizes objects that can be found in everyday life but also utilizes the digital world. Canva is an application that can be developed in the process of making science learning media that really needs the media as an introduction to information from the content of abstract learning materials. The Canva application provides a variety of interesting features that can make it easier for teachers to create learning media, one of which is the availability of various templates that can be used in the process of designing learning media, one of which is science subjects in MI/SD. In carrying out this research, the literature review method was used, namely the process of placing, obtaining, reading, and evaluating various research literature related to or related to the issue to be studied. The data described are the results of research on the effectiveness of using the Canva application that has been carried out by previous researchers.
Interactive learning media that were used in schools, in general, were still less innovative, only use the media available in the school environment, and do not utilize technology. The aim of this study developed interactive multimedia using Lectora Inspire application in learning Arabic Language class VII at Islamic Junior High School Thawalib Tanjung Limau. The goal to be achieved was to produce interactive multimedia using the Lectora Inspire application that was valid, practical, and effective. The researcher used Research and Development model. The results showed that interactive multimedia using the Lectora Inspire application in Arabic learning that was developed had met valid criteria with the characteristics of media content in accordance with the curriculum, design and layout that was clear, ease of operation of the media. The results of observations and questionnaires show that learning media were already practical with characteristics that have precise contents and goals. In addition, the developed media has also in increasing student activity and learning outcomes, with 85.8% mastery learning. Keywords: Lectora Inspire, Interactive Multimedia, Arabic
This study aims to determine how big the contribution of Arabic courses to the improvement of religious material for students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Batusangkar State Islamic Institute. This study uses survey methods and data collection techniques through a google form, which can be seen through student learning outcomes. The research sample was students of the Tarbiyah Teacher Training Institute at the State Islamic Institute of Batusangkar who had studied Arabic. From the results or data obtained, the researcher concludes that Arabic language courses contribute to improving religious material for students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Batusangkar State Islamic Institute. A positive indicator of learning Arabic in religious subjects is that students can read and understand Arabic texts even though they are not majoring in Arabic. It is evident in the courses from several departments at the Batusangkar State Islamic Institute, namely the Department of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the Ulumul Quran and Ulumul Hadith courses, the Department of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) in the Qur'an course. And Hadith and the Department of Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) in Tarbawi Hadith and Tarbawi Tafsir courses. A positive indicator of learning Arabic in religious subjects is that students can read and understand Arabic texts even though they are not majoring in Arabic. Quran and Ulumul Hadith, majoring in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) in the Al-Qur'an Hadith course and majoring in Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) in Tarbawi Hadith and Tafsir Tarbawi courses.
This study aims to determine the level of understanding of lecturers and students, especially universities in Indonesia, on the use of alternative media in the form of video conferences in supporting lectures in Indonesia in the midst of the current corona virus (covid-19) outbreak. The alternative media in question are Zoom Meet, Google Meet, Skype, Webex, and Discord, where each of these media has a different function but to achieve the same goal. Able to support lectures in Indonesia in the midst of the corona virus (covid-19) outbreak by using alternative media such as video conferencing. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the meaning of the descriptive qualitative approach itself is research that uses qualitative data and then developed descriptively, this type of research is a combination of qualitative and descriptive approaches. The subjects of this study were all lecturers and students at universities in Indonesia, in which it was clear that video conferencing was widely used and played a role in supporting the learning process at the university level in Indonesia in the midst of the corona virus outbreak.
The purpose of this research article or journal is to describe the benefits of using the Canva application to increase the effectiveness of students' learning in Arabic learning. The research of this article is a qualitative research using a library research approach (library study). The research location is SMA Plus Panyabungan. The literature sources for this article are journals and books that are similar or similar to this research. The discussion of this article is about and the benefits of using the Canva application as an Arabic language education medium at the SMA/MA level. The result of this research is that the Canva application is a very helpful medium for teachers and students in the educational process such as making the power pont more attractive to display. The Canva application increases the creativity of teachers or students in Arabic education, especially in mastering Arabic vocabulary or what is called mufrodat. The Canva application is also useful for increasing students' interest in learning so that the learning process is not boring and interesting as well as fun.
