This research was conducted in three cities that have the highest number of hybrid entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The approach in this research is to prioritize primary data by looking for facts in the field related to hybrid entrepreneurial activities. The total number of business owners is 73 people spread across Surabaya, Malang, and Denpasar. Where these entrepreneurs have managed to run their business well in a hybrid way for approximately six years. Based on the research we did, we found that there were four main factors supporting their success in running a hybrid entrepreneurship, that is digital promotion, product identity and legality, resource strength, market analysis capabilities. Based on associative analysis and testing, it is proven that these four variables have a significant influence on hybrid entrepreneurial activities. The limitation of our research is that it does not include a wider range of forms or types of variables. It only involves four variables whose strength has been recognized by entrepreneurs in the three cities. The implications of this research activity will be to be able to provide a clear picture of the development of hybrid business activities and what aspects should be considered for someone when they want to start a hybrid entrepreneur. There has never been and there are not many references to research activities that specifically discuss and examine hybrid entrepreneurial activities.
Pencak Silat is one of the traditional martial arts that originated from Indonesia. The parent of Pencak Silat organization in Indonesia is INDONESIAN PENCAK SILAT ASSOCIATION (IPSI). Pencak Silat is one of the most reliable sports branches at the International-scale Olympics. Proven at the ASEAN GAMES 2018 Olympics and then the Pencak Silat Sports Branch is one of the sports branch of the most gold medal with a total of 14 medals. With the increasingly tight competition of Pencak Silat Sports, the trainer desperately needs athletes who fit certain criteria in order to be reliable in a tournament. In this study aims to assist the trainer in selecting athletes that correspond to the criteria. Therefore, a decision support system is required to assist the trainer in selecting qualified athletes. In this research, using the Technique for Other Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution method is used to advise athletes who are eligible to be contested according to the calculation result. Result system of decision support system with Topsis method of this research has been tested by Pencak Silat Trainer and produce the results of the selection that is expected by the trainer. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture which aims to encourage students to master various sciences to enter the world of work. The Independent Learning Policy-Independent Campus is in accordance Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards. The policy provides opportunities for students to learn autonomously or independently and be responsible for themselves. Students have the right to take part in learning outside the study program on campus and outside campus in various activities such as student exchanges, internships/work practices, teaching assistance in education units, research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurial activities, independent studies/projects, and building villages/Real Work Courses. Thematic. From the questionnaire data, it shows that the interest of Universitas Narotama students to be involved in activities outside the study program has increased sharply, this shows that the MBKM policy is able to help students get experience learning as a provision to face life and life in the future. To realize this learning experience, universities must build cooperation with the business/industry world and the government. Cooperation is based on the framework of improving the professionalism of the academic community.
From the questionnaire data, it shows students of Universitas Narotama that the interest to be involved in MBKM program. The MBKM policy is able to help students get experience learning as a provision to face life and life in the future. To realize this learning experience, universities must build cooperation with the business/industry world and the government. Cooperation is based on the framework of improving the professionalism of the academic community. The result our research are 100% Knowing get information from many way, 98.5% agree that Off-Campus Learning Activities provide additional competencies, 96,6% agree that studying in another study program will broaden their perspective and competencies. 88,1% agree that MBKM activities in developing competence/skills usefull to provision to work after graduation. 49,8% agree MBKM Activities can improvement very well their competence/skills. 74,2% say MBKM activities to prepare for the post-campus period is very important. and 81.2% agree MBKM activities for higher education meet the needs of future graduates is very suitable.
This research was conducted in an attempt to identify and analyze the role and influence of two universally applicable theories in the life of an employee when working in a company. The research subjects are employees who work at the bank. The data collection model is carried out primarily using a questionnaire to explore their perceptions in creating and or maintaining a sense of loyalty in their workplace. To prove this, the researchers chose a bank that has been around for a long time, where there are 25 employees. We want to know whether Maslow and Herzberg's theory of motivation remains universally applicable in their work environment. This research is an associative study using the primary data base, this data from interviews and filling out questionnaires from the bank employees. Measurement of data using ordinal data with a Likert scale approach. From the results of filling out the questionnaire, the percentage results obtained that 71.4% of them tend to agree on the existence of their existence and fulfill their needs hierarchically. Through associative analysis, it can be obtained that the physiological results are 49.1% well fulfilled, sense of security is 47.4% fulfilled, social 43.8% is fulfilled, self-esteem 72.5% is fulfilled, and self actualization is 49.1% also fulfilled in the bank, this condition is enough to make their employees loyal in contributing energy, time and thoughts. Overall 93.7% of Maslow's hierarchical needs and Herzberg's maintenance are able to create a sense of employee loyalty to the workplace. The fulfillment of 72.5% hierarchical needs is dominated by the fulfillment of self-esteem, then in terms of maintenance theory, Herzberg is dominated by self-esteem and self-actualization
