In this paper we developed a VRP model for multiple routes, multiple time windows for multiple products and heterogeneous vehicles. The solution were constructed using a heuristic approach, i.e, a sequential insertion algorithm. Additionally, this model is applied to solve fuel distributions for eight customers in East Nusa Tenggara. It needs two tankers with capacity of 4700 kilo liters, so that those distributions can be accomplished with a minimum number of vehicles, total completion time, and range of completion time. The result of this study shows that for a heterogeneous vehicles problem, a vehicle with the largest capacity may not necessarily be the vehicle that provides an optimal solution. Moreover, advance trials should be conducted by providing a limited number of tankers for each tanker capacity, so the description of heterogeneous vehicles becomes more visible. In the future research, the solution will be improved by utilizing relocation techniques.
West Nusa Tenggara was ever hit by an earthquake and tsunami on August 19th, 1977. This earthquake and tsunami made an impact on the area of Kuta Village Central Lombok, which is under the Mandalika Tourism Area (MTA) development now. This research conducted the assessment of the MTA development impact on the Kuta Village based on the tsunami hazard analysis point of view. This research applies the bathymetric data, the before development topography, and the after development topography to make the simulation of tsunami waves run-up. The analysis of tsunami waves run-up used four-wave height scenarios, i.e. 3.5 meters of before development and 3.5 meters, 5 meters, 7 meters of after development. The result of the tsunami simulation showed differences. The tsunami inundation area in the MTA decreased by 855,617.12 m2. But, the tsunami inundation area in the Kuta Village was increased by 3,278 m2.
According to BPS, the largest distribution of the poor in Indonesia is on the island of Java and the surrounding provinces of Banten, West Java, Central Java, D.I. Yogyakarta, Bali and Lampung, of the total poor population in Indonesia, the Seven Provinces contributed 15.71 million to the poor. This study aims to analyze Farmer Exchange Rates, Growth of the manufacturing sector, growth of the agricultural sector, Average Length of Education, Percentage of people working in the informal sector on poverty levels, analyze the effect of the ratio of productivity of the industrial sector to the agricultural sector, and the ratio of education to inequality income and analyze the relationship between poverty levels and income inequality in Java, Bali, Lampung. The method used is panel data analysis (pooled data) and correlation analysis as a data processing tool using the Eviews program 9. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the industrial sector is greater than the agricultural sector in reducing poverty, which is -0.47%: -0.40%. Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) and the ratio of informal education are not significant to poverty, informal education has a positive relationship with poverty, the ratio between the productivity of the manufacturing sector compared with the productivity of the agricultural sector is significant in reducing existing inequality and the ratio of basic education level is not significant to inequality.
MMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy. MMEs Batik Tegal is a business that has high cultural value, and according to BPS data from Tegal Regency, it is stated that the Processing Business ranks the highest where Batik products are the first in Tegal Regency. This study aims to examine the effect of credit, coaching and marketing strategies on the performance of Batik Tegalan SMEs in Tegal Regency. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were obtained from 70 respondents who are owners of MMSE Batik Tegalan who use the facilities of Microfinance Institutions and other Financial Institutions, already have a place of business. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed significant effects of credit, coaching, and marketing strategy variables on the performance of Batik Tegalan SMEs in Tegal Regency, which can be seen at the significance level value <0,05. The credit variable has a positive effect with a value of 0,378, the coaching variable has a positive effect with a value of 0,202, and the marketing strategy variable also has a positive effect with a value 0f 0,375.
