Photosensitivity is an abnormal cutaneous reaction to solar ultraviolet radiation. This reaction may clinically manifest as greater propensity toward sunburn or development of a rash upon exposure to sun light [1] . In these cases homoeopathic medicines are always benificial when given after individualization of the patient in order to achieve cure. A 44 year old male patient attended out patient department (OPD), chiefly for the complaints of red macular eruptions on forehead, nape of neck and on bilateral hands. He was under treatment with modern medicine for past sometime but getting no relief so patient turned to homoeopathic treatment. After detailed case taking and repertorization, Sulphur 0/1 was prescribed. Within 3 months of homoeopathic treatment, patient showed improvement, eruptions get subsided and no new eruptions are observed in subsequent visits.
Background: 'Urolithiasis' is a common disease in day to day clinical practice and represents with one of the most painful medical conditions. People suffering from recurrent complain of urolithiasis, needs careful examination for underlying metabolic disorders. It usually consist of crystalline deposits that accumulate primarily in kidney however, they can develop anywhere along urinary tract, which consists of these parts: kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra. In homoeopathy there are hundreds of medicines for urolithiasis assuming various approaches. However, the constitutional approach is most suitable way to find out similimum but at times patients are not in condition of giving case taking because of acute pain, hence snap short prescription is needed at those time to give relief to the patient. Location of stone in different parts of renal tract have important clue for selection of curative medicines. This article represents 2 cases of urolithiasis and represents classical example of prescription based on location, when other symptoms also agree. Result & Conclusion:Oraganopathic prescriptions are made based on the Paracelsus principle that the given drugs affect given organs (parts) by self elective preference. This article emphasise on importance of organopathic approach as acute prescription with beneficial results along with documented evidence.

The hands of cement workers come into touch with cement on a frequent basis, making them susceptible to developing hand contact dermatitis again and making a full recovery exceedingly challenging. The contact dermatitis in homoeopathy has been the subject of numerous prior researches. This case study demonstrated the effectiveness of the homoeopathic drug Graphites 30C on allergic contact dermatitis, with slow improvement at first and full recovery at the end.
Fibromyalgia is a condition which has widespread musculoskeletal pain with fatigue, cognitive disturbance, psychiatric and multiple somatic symptoms. There is no evidence of tissue inflammation despite symptoms of soft tissue pain. This article deals with clinical presentation of fibromyalgia as well as its approach in clinical repertories which are commonly used like Boreicke repertory and Phatak repertory.
