Taman Wisata Lebah is tourism service based on honey bees. It is one of the pioneer of the apitourism in Indonesia. The objective of this reserach are to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Taman Wisata Lebah. Research method used in this research is quantitative. Respondent in this research are 100 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the calculation of CSI, the number is indicated that in general consumers of Taman Wisata Lebah are satisfied with the services provided. Findings. Based on the calculation of Importance Performance Analysis, there are five attributes with high importance and low performance and highly recomended to improve. The atributes consists of provide more safety equipment for customers, evaluate staff shifting schedule to ensure the existence of staff in field, improvement product knowledge for field staff, create safety box for bee colony. Overall, service quality in Taman Wisata Lebah is excellent.
The purpose of this research was to measure the relationship and the impact of promotion and product differentiation on Jukajo consumer purchase decision. This research was a quantitative research with a questionnaire as the data collection method. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Then, the questionnaire was measured by Likert-scale and multiple linear regression. The result shows that promotion and product differentiation variable have positive impact on purchase decision partially and simultaneously. Bothvariables have 50,5% of impact towards consumer purchase decisions of Jukajo. Moreover, product differentiation becomes the most dominant variable which partially affects consumer purchase decision.
This study aims to determine service quality and customer satisfaction of Dunkin Donuts customer in Gading Serpong. Service quality are consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Research conducted at Dunkin Donuts Gading Serpong from April-July 2017. Respondents are used as research samples amounted to 100 people. Data were processed by using Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Overall, the services provided by dunkin donuts outlet in Gading Serpong is good, because they can meet the expectations of their customer. The value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 86.76%. This illustrate that Dunkin Donuts customers in Gading Serpong are very satisfied with the service quality performance provided by Dunkin Donuts. Improvement of services that need to be done is the speed of employees in handling customer complaints, improving the cleanliness of toilet facilities, and improving employee friendliness while serving customers
<p>Aquaculture is an alternative of sustainable solution to meet the high demand of fish. One type of fish that is most easily cultivated and preferred by consumers is catfish. West Java Province is the largest producer of catfish, and Bogor is the central area of catfish production in West Java. Parung subdistrict, is one of Minapolitan Area in Bogor which focuses on catfish cultivation. As a Minapolitan Area, it is very important to examine the integration between each institution,examine which institutions involved in the supply chain to gather perfect market information and clear market identification. The objectives of this study are to analyzethe pattern of Sangkuriang catfish trading channel, the function of trading, and the efficiency of the catfish marketing chain. Selection of respondents using purposive sampling, by setting 50 of catfish cultivators as respondents. There are 4 marketing channels in Parung Subdistrict. Institutions involved in the marketing of catfish are cultivators, collecting traders, agents, market traders, Restaurant/Foodstalland end consumers.The second channel (Farmers-Retailers-Restaurant/Food Stall) is the most efficient channel.Shorter marketing chains create higher farmer’s share.</p>
This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty to purchase decisions of French Fries. The research is quantitative and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. The researcher applies multiple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. Findings. The results show that all brand equity variables affect to purchasing decision of French fries. To improve brand awareness, corporate needs to advertise products on television and social media such as Instagram or food platforms. For brand association improvement, producers need to create new French Fries flavor. Attractive packaging design and usage instructions for perceived quality improvement. In brand loyalty must maintain consistency of product taste.
The research paper analyzes the financial income of a poor community living around the Cirata cistern, in West Java, Indonesia, before and after the community employed the aquaponics strategy of planting ipomoea aquatica. Data are gathered from observation, interviews and statistical analysis of the incomes of community members. In addition, analysis of the data applies Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The findings clearly demonstrate an increased annual income of more than 1.117.296 rupiah among those community members using the aquaponics strategy. Once the community has adjusted to professionally implementing this aquaponics strategy, it would be practically useful to invite investors to invest their capital to develop this area. Taman Wisata Lebah is an apiculture-based agritourism business own by PT Madu Pramuka. The emergence of competition and shift in business, demanding companies to develop and choose good business strategies, to ensure the companies survivability. Therefore, Taman Wisata Lebah need to conduct research concerning business development strategy, so that the business run by Taman Wisata Lebah, can develop in accordance with the times. The purposes of this research are to know the internal and external company factors, to know some alternative business strategies, also to know the priority alternative strategies to Taman Wisata Lebah. The research used IFE and EFE matrix to identify external and internal factors, the SWOT and IE matrix to formulate appropriate alternative strategies, QSPM matrix to determine the best alternative strategies priority. Based on the results of this research, the best alternative strategy to be applied is to develop Gerakan Pramuka-based activities for students in the Taman Wisata Lebah agritourism areas.
