Today there are a large number of methods and analysis algorithms of data for solution of problems of image identification, automatic classification, component, correlation and regression analysis which in case of availability of data of the different type nature become inapplicable because they are intended only for processing of quantitative information. The approach to solution of this problem named conversion of types of signs for a problem of regression analysis is described in the offered article. At the same time conversion of type of signs is presented in the form of the separate task allowing to pass from not quantitative signs to quantitative ones and in further processing to use all range of traditional methods of the analysis of an original information. The offered algorithm is implemented in integrated environment of working out of the of Delphi 10 Seattle software.
This article gives a brief description of the principles of organization of Internet education in the teaching of “Mathematical modeling of information technology and processes” to students on the basis of “Moodle LMS” system distance learning at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and shows its main features and advantages. Extensive use of educational technologies, optimization, humanization and innovation in the National Program of Personnel Training to solve the tasks of training and educating young people to be highly moral, spiritual and enlightened, conscientious at work, deeply aware of their responsibilities to society and family, competitive, qualified professionals. The organization, management and control of the learning process on the basis of methods is relevant. Nowadays, a wide range of opportunities are being created for students to have fast, plentiful, reliable information and to acquire knowledge independently. In particular, electronic systems allow students to use important information related to science at any distance, depending on their capabilities. “Moodle” open source software complex is a system designed specifically for the management of the educational process using the Internet (Learning management system - LMS). Distance learning is a modern form of organizing the learning process using distance learning technologies. Its development was due to the increase in the number of Internet users, the availability and quality of open learning electronic resources. The use of distance learning technologies undoubtedly has a wide range of advantages: the organization of the learning process in an Internet environment, so the student location does not prevent high-quality training, regardless of the location of the educational institution. Distance learning is based on the principle of independent preparation of students through teacher guidance and allows you to choose a convenient time for lessons. It includes interactive communication between teachers and students, information resources of the educational institution and information resources of the Internet, the rapid delivery of the Internet in electronic form.
This article is devoted to issues of digitalization of the educational system, organization and development of educational processes using digital technologies, which is one of the current problems in the educational system. The need to use digital technologies in providing distance education to students, the need to use the field of distance education and introduce new generation systems of distance education, that it is faster, easier and cheaper to learn new skills or materials related to the subject through the distance education system, is covered in detail. At the same time, the problems hindering the effective implementation of distance education using digital technologies in our country and suggestions and recommendations for their solution are given. Management of higher education processes at the Tashkent pharmaceutical institute, based on the information platform "HEMIS" and distance learning systems "Moodle LMS", a brief description of the principles of organization of online education in teaching all modules of students is presented, and its main capabilities and advantages are indicated. By studying, systematizing and summarizing the existing practice in drawing up scientifically-based conclusions on the introduction of digital technologies in higher education, suggestions are made not only on how they will take an important place in the field of education and in what form they will be introduced.
In the agricultural sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a tendency to automate production and business processes can be seen. Agriculture automation helps to significantly reduce the amount of manual labour, while increasing work efficiency. It is possible to single out the following practical advantages of introducing automation in the agricultural sector: it becomes possible to manage production, technological and business operations in an optimized and effortless manner; the competitiveness of the goods is growing through improving the quality and reducing the cost; the productivity of agricultural enterprises increases; cost minimization leads to a drop in the cost price of manufacture of products, and a manufacturing organization can offer the products at a price, which is affordable for the buyer and at the same time profitable for the manufacturing organization. The use of modern technologies for the ‘intellectualization’ of agriculture makes it possible to preserve and restore the beneficial properties of groundwater and soil; to provide environmentally safe and effective pest control; to remotely monitor compliance with the certification requirements of organic agriculture. It is necessary to automate not only production, but also business processes in the agricultural sector. The main goal is to increase the productivity of enterprises, minimize the number of errors associated with the ‘human factor,’ and reduce the amount of ‘manual labour’. The article substantiates a systematic approach to the formation of the information space of an agricultural enterprise, taking into account the needs of all participants in process management, the choice of a software and hardware platform and methods for automating the software development process.
