Background/Purpose: Research papers provide the path for the expansion of knowledge, allowing for the emergence of new information and the avoidance of duplication of previous research effort. Researchers use their paper to convey their findings to the rest of the world. However, owing to problems such as processing fees from journals, an inefficient review procedure, a lengthy processing time, and the closure of journals, the research community has encountered a major hurdle. In order to overcome this issue, we propose in this study a system known as the Open Platform for Research Article Sharing (OPRAS), which would allow the author to publish his or her paper utilizing a peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture. Objective: To get an understanding of the research article publication process and the issues it faces, in order to propose OPRAS, a new system that will employ a peer-to-peer architecture to share research articles. Design/Methodology/Approach: Data from websites, research papers, and other sources are collected, analysed and presented using ABCD analysis. Findings/Results: With the help of research articles that are published in journals, researchers can tell the world about their work. But authors can't publish their findings because of different problems, which makes it hard for society to learn new things. In this paper, a method for a new system called Open Platform for Research Article Sharing (OPRAS) utilizing the P2P architecture was put forward after looking at the different steps and problems that come up when publishing an article. Originality/Value: A new system has been presented based on the relevance of research articles and an understanding of the problems in publishing research papers, which will attract the attention of the research community and lead to additional improvements in the proposed technique. Paper Type: Research Paper.
Background/Purpose: E-commerce is the online exchange of products and services. In this article, we discuss the elements those are propelling India's digital commerce market forward and the E-commerce industry's expansion and the various sectors of E-commerce in the country. International investors are supporting the E-commerce industry since it is one among the fastest growing industries and offers a large scope for investment due to the Indian market size. Additionally, it discusses the problems and potential associated with E-commerce in India within the context of the global marketplace. E-commerce is among the fastest expanding industries, with India offering tremendous investment opportunities. Since last year, there has been a dramatic increase in investment, but more is predicted in the years ahead. Rapid rise in mobile and internet users has aided the expansion of E-commerce businesses in urban and rural areas alike. Objective: To examine how the E-commerce sector in India has grown through the years, as well as to get an insight of current trends, impediments, and potential improvements. Design/Methodology/Approach: The SWOT analysis is being used to analyse and present data acquired from academic papers, online articles, and other sources. Findings/Results: India's E-commerce sector has the potential to grow further if the government provides legal protection and a platform for it, and if both local and global commerce are enabled to exercise their basic rights to do E-commerce business, therefore enhancing the country's economy. Originality/Value: This paper study provides an outline of India's E-Commerce business and its projected development in the coming years based on the range of data collected. Paper Type: Research Analysis based on a case study.
Background/Purpose: Facebook is an American business that offer online social networking services. Facebook was founded in 2004 by Harvard University freshmen Mark Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes. Free access to Facebook enables new users to create profiles, upload photos to existing groups, and start new ones. Every user's profile page has a Timeline area where they can upload material and their social network connections may reply with messages and Status updates informing them of their current location or condition. Additionally, Facebook includes a function called News Feed that notifies users of updates to their friends' profiles and statuses. Users can communicate with one another and exchange private messages using Facebook Messenger. Additionally, Facebook users may express their approval of a type of content by clicking the "Like" button. Every day, more than a billion people use Facebook, making it the most common social network on the planet. Menlo Park, California, is where the company's headquarters are located. Objective: To analyse how Facebook is misused and turned into an attack platform, in order to get sensitive information that can be used to create an attack profile against an individual. Design/Methodology/Approach: SWOT framework is being used to analyse and display information gathered from scholarly publications, web articles, and other sources. Findings/Results: Social Engineering Attacks using Facebook help the attackers to steal sensitive private information from unaware users. Using a false profile is one of the most frequent techniques to execute a large-scale data harvesting attack. Cyber Criminals use Facebook as the main target for social engineering attacks because of its high number of users and popularity. Originality/Value: This paper study gives a brief overview of Social Engineering Attacks on Facebook based on a variety of data collected. Paper Type: Case study-based Research Analysis
Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is an optimization algorithm for adjusting maximum power for DC/DC converters. SEPIC (single-ended primary-inductor converter) can allow the voltage to match the impedance between input and output. The perturbation and observation (P&O) method is a state-of-art tracking technique to maintain the voltage in photovoltaic (PV) systems. For this purpose, the adaptation of the P&O technique in economical digital devices can make sure of its efficiency and robustness. This paper was aimed at developing and designing an effective photovoltaic system based on the modified P&O algorithm with improved accuracy and power efficiency, thereby increasing the stability of a solar system. The performance of the proposed solar regulator system with two MPPT algorithms is verified using MATLAB simulator along with advanced modified P&O, and a hybrid excellence controller algorithm is also developed. The proposed system uses IoT-based sensors to transmit vital data to the cloud for remote monitoring and control purposes. The IoT platform helps the system to be viewed remotely.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
