Zakat memiliki dimensi ketuhanan sekaligus dimensi kemanusiaan yang sangat kuat. Pada dimensi kemanusiaan, zakat punya peran penting dalam mendistribusikan kekayaan secara adil untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan yang merata. Permasalahannya adalah pengelolaan khususnya pada pengumpulan zakat dari orang yang wajib berzakat belum terlaksana dengan baik. Dompet Dhuafa sebagai salah satu Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional melakukan sistem pengumpulan zakat secara online sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi internet yang semakin maju. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian untuk melihat efektifitas system zakat online Dompet Dhuafa Sulawesi Selatan dalam mengumpulkan zakat dari para muzakki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengumpulan zakat secara online melebihi 2% dari target yang dicanangkan. Dompet Dhuafa menargetkan pengumpulan zakat tahun 2017 sebanyak Rp.1.114.329.320 sedangkan yang dicapai sebanyak Rp1242957097. Dengan demikian penerapan sistem pembayaran zakat berbasis finance technology pada Dompet Dhuafa Sulawesi Selatan berjalan secara efektif
Salat id sejatinya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan sunah Nabi. Kenyataannya umat Islam berbeda dalam melaksanakan takbir salat id. Perbedaannya tidak terlepas dari mazhab yang menjadi pegangannya. Penelitian ini akan mengungkapkan pendapat mazhab fiqh dengan metode deskriptif komparatif dan kritik hadisnya dengan metode takhrij. Dengan tujuan mengetahui dan menentukan pendapat yang lebih kuat berdasarkan hadis yang sahih atau minimal hasan.
Hadith relating to woman circumcision as honor used as the argument in the MUI fatwa number 9a of 2008 has received a lot of criticisms. Thus, it is important to re-research as a form of follow-up to the previous research. This research is a research library with critical analytical methods on the hadith sanad with the aim of knowing with certainly the quality and quantity of hadith and its authenticity. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were ten transmission routes listed by the four mukharrij rulers; that is; Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ibn Abi Syaibah, al-Tabrani, and al-Baihaqi. Of the ten lines of transmission, seven are hadiths marf'u and three lines of hadith mauqū f. In terms of quantity ('adad al-ṭuruq), this hadith is classified as a famous hadith because it is narrated by a minimum of four narrators in each sanad ṭabaqah (level). Meanwhile, in terms of quality, this hadith is defined as a very weak hadith (ḍa'īf jiddan) because of the inherent defects involved in the narration. Thus it cannot be used as the main argument to justify circumcision against women and also cannot be used as an argument for woman circumcision for reasons of honor. This hadith can only be a reinforcement of the authentic and hasan traditions which talk about female circumcision. The inclusion of this hadith in the MUI fatwa as the main argument for justifying circumcision for women needs to be reviewed considering that this hadith is very weak..
Tulisan ini mengkaji hadis tentang doa buka puasa yang masyhur dibaca umat Islam setiap bulan puasa. Bunyi doa tersebut adalah “Allahumma laka sumt wa bika amant wa ‘ala rizqika aftart birah mataika ya arh}am al-rahimin”. Urgen mengkaji ulang hadis doa ini karena di satu sisi doa tersebut sangat populer di masyarakat, tapi di sisi lain dipermasalahkan oleh sebagian kalangan karena dianggap hadisnya lemah. Penelitian ini bersifat kritis analitis dengan menggunakan teori takhrij dan naqd al-hadis dan dengan pendekatan ilmu hadis dan pendekatan normatif yuridis. Dengan takhrij ditemukan ada lima riwayat hadis. Abu Daud. Al-Baihaqi, Al-Tabrani. Ibbn Abi Syaibah dan Al-Daraqutni. Berdasarkan hasil kritik sanad dan kritik matan terhadap kelima hadis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa hadis Abu Daud dan Al-Baihaqi daif mursal, hadis Ibn Abi Syaibah hasan, hadis Al-Tabrani dan Al-Daraqutni daif matruk. Hadis Ibn Abi Syaibah mengangkat status hadis Abu Daud dan Al-Baihaqi menjadi hasan ligairih. Ulama fiqh khususnya pengikut keempat mazhab tidak berselisih pendapat bahwa lafaz doa buka puasa adalah “Allahumma laka shumt wa ‘ala rizq aftart.” Namun sebagian ulama hanya mencukupkan doanya dengan lafaz tersebut, dan sebagian yang lain menambahkannya dengan lafaz-lafaz tertentu. Kedua pendapat tersebut benar, dan perbedaannya merupakan keragaman pendapat bukan kontradiksi yang bertentangan.
The pros and cons of public toward the DSN-MUI fatwa that allows the sale and purchase of gold on credit is inseparable from how to understand the text of the hadith. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a research on hadith as it has been a source of law. This research focuses on the study of hadith texts on the sale and purchase of gold with external and internal criticism methods. External criticism is intended to confirm the status of the hadith, while internal criticism uses contextual interpretation to understand the content of the hadith. In the process of research, it was found that the hadith, which relates to the sale and purchase of gold has many chains so that it is categorized as a famous hadith quantitatively, while in quality it is defined as an authentic hadith. There are two versions of Muslim scholars in understanding the hadith of selling and purchasing gold as the result of ijtihad among the scholars in understanding the hadith. The first version is to restrict the sale and purchase of gold with money, yet it can only be done in cash and to prohibit the sale and purchase of golf on credit according to the appearance of the hadith because gold and money have the same ‘illat ribawi although they are different in type. The second version is to allow the sale and purchase of gold in cash and credit because gold has changed its status from money to goods like any other goods, so that ‘illat gold as a currency requiring cash transactions fall by itself.
