In order to realize a quality learning process, it requires professional teachers, especially in planning learning which is teacher preparation before implementing the learning process when the learning process takes place. Planning is determining what will be done. Planning contains a series of broad decisions and explanations of objectives, determination of policies, determination of programs, determination of specific methods and procedures and determination of activities based on daily schedules. This research took place at the Baburrohmah SMPI, Jurangsari Hamlet, Middle Hemisphere Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The type of research in this study is included in quantitative and qualitative research. The technique used to collect data on whether the teacher prepares a learning plan well in the teaching and learning process is a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has previously been tested for validity and reliability according to the standards. Subsequent data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 computer program to determine the level of contribution between independent variables and bound and histogram. Based on the results of data analysis regarding the relationship of learning planning with student learning outcomes, it can be concluded that: there is a relationship between learning planning with learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPI Baburrohmah but very low and not significant. This is evidenced by the value of r-count (0.145) ranging from 0,000 to 0.200, and r-count (0.145) is smaller than r-table (0.254) at a significant level a = 0.05. The magnitude of the relationship (Coefficient of Determination) between Learning Planning (variable X1), with Learning Outcomes (variable Y) class VIII Baburrohmah SMPI in 2016/2017 amounting to 02.11%, the remaining 91.89% is influenced by other factors.
In line with the dynamics of society and the advancement of science, various contemporary legal issues occur. This issues need solution from Islamic law. This study indicated that Islam law still based on Al-Quran and Hadith and it still relevan tgroughout the ages, and it will always correspond to the society and technology. Abstract:Development of sharia values is needed in responding to the dynamics of society as a result of the advancement of science and technology. Especially when facing contemporary problems that arise, then the established Islamic law must be able to follow the development of sharia values, both with regard to the implementation of worship, as well as the problem of muamalat in the broadest sense with the advancement of medical science. For example, the existence of artificial insemination, cloning, organ transplants, and so forth. All of that requires resolution and legal determination, including in emergency matters. The research method uses the normative juridical method based on ijtihad based on the Qur'an and Assunnah, using secondary data obtained through literature study and analyzed qualitatively. The results and discussion of this study are that the resolution of problems in an emergency situation that there is no other way that can be taken is allowed to do things that are forbidden.Keywords: Sharia Values, Community Dynamics, Science and Technology Progress Abstrak:Pengembangan nilai-nilai syariah sangat diperlukan dalam merespon dinamika masyarakat akibat dari kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Terutama pada saat menghadapi permasalahan-permasalahan kontemporer yang muncul,maka hukum Islam yang ditetapkan pun harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan nilai-nilai syariah, baik berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan ibadat, maupun masalah muamalat dalam makna yang luas dengan kemajuan ilmu kedokteran.Misalnya bayi tabung, inseminasi buatan, kloning, transplantasi organ tubuh, dan lain sebagainya. Semua itu memerlukan penyelesaian dan penentuan hukumnya, termasuk dalam hal-hal darurat.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatifberdasarkan ijtihad yang berlandaskan pada Alquran dan Assunnah, dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil dan diskusi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penyelesaian masalah dalam kondisi darurat yang tidak ada jalan lain yang dapat ditempuh maka dibolehkan melakukan hal-hal yang terlarang.Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Syariah, Dinamika Masyarakat, Kemajuan Iptek
Qasam in the Koran shows the seriousness of Allah to convey material or strengthen arguments because of the lack of faith in the material delivered. This shows that knowing Qasam in the Qur'an is very urgent and it is not surprising if in the end Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah wrote a specific account explaining the Qasam in the Qur'an in his interpretation called “at-Tibyan fi Aqsamil Qur’an”. Therefore it is necessary to do a study to find out new perspectives of sources, methods and interpretations according to M. Ridlwan Nasir, thus adding insight into our study in the study of commentaries. The problem in this study is what sources, methods and interpretive flows are used in the tafsir “at-Tibyan fi Aqsamil Qur’an”. The results of the research that the research source used is bil Iqtiran (a combination of bil Ma'tsur and bil Ra'y), The method of the explanation uses the Bayan methodi , in terms of the breadth of the explanation using the Itnabi method , and seen from the goals & objectives of the verse interpreted using the Maudu'i method. While the flow / tendency, the flow Sufi, Lughawi, ‘Ilmi, and al-Fiqhi, but the most dominant flow is the Sufi.
This study elaborates the difference and connection between modernism and postmodernism eras while highlighting their backgrounds. The research highlights the teachings of Islam in terms of modernism and postmodernism. The research brings to light the influence of modernism and postmodernism on Muslim societies. What are the far reaching impacts of the modernism and postmodernism eras of Muslim societies and how well a common Muslim is equipped to address the issues related to postmodernism. The study primarily focuses on the related issues in Pakistani society and explains the role and the influence of religious scholars of their understanding of the terms modernism and postmodernism. The study focuses on the awareness of the ’Ulamā in addressing these global challenges and subsequently the future of Pakistani society. The study has an element of quantitative research and it indicates towards the on ground realities on the issue with the help of a latest survey on modernism and postmodernism.
