Small and medium enterprise (SME/UKM) plays an important role in the national economic development, due its role in the economic growth and employee recruitment as well as its role in the development of product distribution. During the economic crysis that occured in this country a few years ago, which affected to the collapse of many big scale firms, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME/UKM) proved tougher in facing the crisis. Small and Medium Enterprise (SME/UKM) Dharma Karya is located in Harjobinangun, Pakem, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Small and Medium Enterprise (SME/UKM) Dharma Karya has problems which are cannot grow as much as possible due to a limitation of facilities of production process so it can't be produce many product in maximum amount. The other problem is Small and Medium Enterprise (SME/UKM) Dharma Karya cannot sell their product in market because a limitation of skill and the product socialization. So that, KKN PPM UII is conducting a progam of procurement of required equipment and mentoring of entrepreneurship motivation, improvement of product quality, packaging products, quality of packaging, networking and cooperation. This program can improve the quality and productivity of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME/UKM) so that improve the rural economy.
<p>In Kendal, at least three social religious institutions that have influence in the community of Kendal, <em>Nahdlatul Ulama</em> (NU), <em>Muhammadiyah</em>, and <em>Rifaiyyah</em><em>.</em>. Among the three institutions, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has the most members spread across the region Kendal, particularly among the farming community. Ideally, NU was able to encourage its members to carry out agricultural zakat. Especially in the NU Community has an institutions, LAZIS (Institution for Managerial Zakat and Shodaqoh). But in reality, of the amount of NU LAZIS scattered in the district of Kendal, only five LAZIS that optimally perform zakat empowerment of agriculture, namely District Rowosari, District Patebon, District Gemuh, District Kangkung, and District Boja. Its implementation is not maximized in the districts but still only focused on areas of the village or certain villages Management and organization become a serious problem in the utilization of zakat agriculture . Zakat management of agriculture focused on aspects of the collection and utilization . Organizational aspects can be solved by internal and external solutions through communication , mapping mustahik and internal consolidation with LAZIS - LAZIS NU in its territory.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>Management, Agricultural Zakat, LAZIS</em></p>
In the latest year, Turkey is the destination country for illegal Afghan migrants, as Directorate general of migration management of Turkey report shows that Afghanistan has a high number of the illegal migrants in Turkey in 2019. (7) This study concentrated to determine the factors associated with the area of destination (pulling factors), social demography of immigrants, income comparison, satisfaction, and re-integration of Afghan illegal migrants in Turkey in the last five years. The data collected by a well-structured questionnaire and applied to 384 illegal Afghan immigrants in Turkey (Istanbul, & Ankara) during June, 2019. The finding shows that Security 9.14, rights (women rights 8.52, human rights 8.43) and desire of having more regular life are the main reasons that attracts migrants. Dis-satisfaction of being in Turkey and being dis-agree to re-integrate back to Afghanistan is the finding of this research.
This research aims to understand post-disaster recovery, including rehabilitation and reconstruction programs in Indonesia at the ontological and sociological levels. The problem is very interesting to be analyzed by conducting qualitative research based on public policy theory and power theory. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using interactive models are data reduction, data display, data verification, and supported by triangulation. The results were based on ontological and sociological levels using public policy perspectives and power perspectives to develop a proposed model on post-disaster recovery for improving policy and practice of post-disaster recovery. A proposed model for managing post-disaster recovery is needed for providing information to stakeholders related to the regulations in post-disaster recovery. This result provides inputs for making better regulations on post-disaster recovery in Indonesia for state agencies as public officials and practitioners.
Contemporary phenomenon of poverty was always interested to be studied, given that the effort of poverty alleviation through various types of community empowerment program still found many deficiencies in terms of both the process and the implementation of poverty alleviation policy. This research aimed to study the phenomenon of reality, normative and theoretical gap of poverty alleviation policy implementation through Mandiri National Community Empowerment Program and Strategic Village Economic and Institutional Development Program (PNPM Mandiri-Prospek). This research was intensively carried out for two months using naturalistic inquiry approach sourced from informants, circumstances, and documents. This research was conducted in one sub-district and two villages, i.e. Tahima Soroma and Tobati villages. Data collection techniques used to conduct this research was observation, interview, and documentation science. Output program has been in accordance with the needs of target group representing that output program could be utilized properly. The implementation of community empowerment program through PNPM Mandiri-Prospek has been conducted in accordance with the application of empowerment principle/values.
