El artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo identificar las reformas implementadas por las instituciones públicas para el continuo mejoramiento del desempeño laboral como efecto de la incidencia de la COVID-19. La metodología empleada se basa en el diseño de investigación documental, de tipo descriptivo y su diseño es no experimental de corte transversal. En cuanto a las fuentes de información, las bases de datos utilizadas fueron Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo y Alicia-Concytec. Los criterios de inclusión de artículos estuvieron establecidos por las palabras clave: desempeño laboral, pandemia, sector público. El periodo de tiempo para la selección de información fue de los últimos 03 años. Entre los resultados se evidenció, la implementaron de distintas reformas tales como; el coaching, el teletrabajo y las TIC’s para mantener las actividades laborales durante la pandemia. Entre las principales conclusiones se menciona; si se realiza de manera correcta, las nuevas reformas aplicadas en el sector público durante la pandemia representan un impacto positivo en el desempeño laboral debido a brindar facilidades de comunicación.
To determine the incidence of human capital in the increase of performance margins of vehicle commercialization companies in Lambayeque 2017. Materials and methods: A census sample of 8 companies in Lambayeque was used. Ninety-four workers and managers of the companies were interviewed regarding the role of human capital and different measures of business results such as: productivity, efficiency and operating profit. Results: A significant positive correlation of 0.75 was found between company productivity and human capital expenditure; however, with respect to efficiency, only 38% of companies have an efficient performance in terms of operating margins related to human capital expenditure per worker, whose efficient value was estimated at 1,338 soles per year. Conclusion: The correlation between training expenses and net operating margins over sales was 0.12 and not significant, indicating that the relationship between human capital and business performance is still partial.
Introduction: The environment is important for the proper development of human beings, so it is very necessary to instruct them, from an early age, under the approach of environmental education. The level of skills that they obtain from the acquisition of this type of knowledge will be key to taking action against environmental deterioration in the future. Objective: To diagnose the level of development of environmental skills within the teaching-learning process in five-year-old students of early education public schools of the city of Lambayeque. Materials and methods: The inductive-deductive method, the analytical-synthetic method and the statistical method were used. A questionary was applied to the research sample to obtain the results. Results: A mostly low level is recognized in the four dimensions of environmental skills. Conclusion: The surveyed students present a low level in the development of environmental skills.
