The handling of Rohingya ethnic refugees who entered the city of Makassar due to persecution in their home countries, Myanmar is very necessary because of the vulnerability experienced by Rohingya ethnic refugees, especially this is an international community agreement through the 1951 Convention on Refugees. This vulnerability can occur in children, women, and vulnerability to refugee status. Determination of refugee status is a full right of UNHCR because Indonesia has not ratified the 1951 Convention so that there is no government involvement in this matter both in terms of regulation and action. The fact is that Makassar City is one of the destinations for Rohingya ethnic refugees who want to improve their destiny. The government has issued Presidential Regulation No. 125 of 2016 concerning handling refugees but not yet adequate. As a result, they do not get residence status so they can enjoy educational, health, legal assistance and other needs because of administrative document problems. Therefore, national regulations are needed for them and the role of non-governmental institutions so that ethnic Rohingya refugees can enjoy the facilities available in Makassar City. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Perpres No. 125 Tahun 2016 tentang penanganan pengungsi tetapi belum memadai.

This research is qualitative research by carrying out the documentation at the General Election Commission Office and in-depth interviews with women legislators elected in the 2019 general elections. The results showed that the Indonesian government has implemented affirmative action well, indicated by a minimum quota of 30% for female legislators. Besides, affirmative action's success is also supported by recruiting legislative candidates by parties using several approaches, namely the oligarchic approach, the cadre selection approach, the structural approach, the transparency approach, and the dedicated approach. Furthermore, the prevalence and factors that support women legislators' success in the 2019 elections, which have increased compared to the 2014 elections, influence the sequence number and the incumbent candidates' influence. In the end, this affirmative action policy positively affects women who want to take part in politics.
This study aims to improve students' anti-corruption behavior through the integration of religious education and anti-corruption education subjects. The research method uses an investigative report learning model that focuses on high school students in Gowa Regency as a sample. The investigative report learning model has proven to be successful in increasing the understanding of high school students about anti-corruption actions and behavior. Students' understanding of anti-corruption actions and behavior that initially only revolved around the government level has increased at a wider level, where students are able to identify directly in the field through investigation sheets, such as the home environment and the market environment. Some of the actions that can be identified are the act of reducing the scales, hoarding basic materials, and providing inappropriate materials. Furthermore, the role of religious teachers is also very large by providing interventions in the form of explaining the relationship between the Qur'an and the story of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to students' findings about acts that are considered acts of corruption. The final impact obtained is that students' understanding of anti-corruption actions and behavior will increase and psychologically will help students to avoid acts of corruption and spread the importance of anti-corruption behavior.
