Geliat Perbankan Syari'ah kian terasa pesat dengan makin banyaknya perbankan syari'ah yang lahir dalam perbankan nasional. Tidak hanya Bank-Bank baru yang lahir dengan membawa konsep syari'ah, tetapi juga Bank-Bank Konvensional juga menghadirkan nuansa baru dengan melahirkan sistem syari'ah dalam perbankan konvensional tersebut. Seperti halnya BRI Syari'ah, BNI Syari'ah, Bank Syari'ah Mandiri dan sebagainya. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa Bank-Bank tersebut dikenal dengan nama besarnya sebagai Bank Konvensional. Namun perkembangan perbankan syari'ah tidak diikuti secara linear oleh peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengaturnya terutama mengenai penyelesaian sengketa. Pengadilan Negeri tidak menggunakan syari'ah sebagai landasan hukum bagi penyelesaian perkara, sedangkan wewenang Pengadilan Agama telah dibatasi UU No. 3 Tahun 2006. Institusi ini hanya dapat memeriksa dan mengadili perkara-perkara yang menyangkut orang yang beragama islam, sedangkan pelaku yang terlibat di dalam proses perbankan syari'ah tidak hanya kalangan islam semata. Oleh karena itu perlu halnya dibentuk aturan hukum baru atau peradilan baru dalam menyelesaikan perkara syari'ah demi tercapainya cita-cita hukum dan tertib hukum terutama pada bidang perbankan syari'ahdiIndonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal minimal investasi dan motivasi investasi terhadap minat investasi masyarakat KotaPalembang di pasar modal. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik purposive sampling yaitu responden yang memiliki akun di pasar modal. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji partial menunjukkan bahwa modal minimal investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi, namun tidak untuk variabel return. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi variabel modal minimal investasi sebesar ,000 < 0,05, sedangkan untuk variabel return diperoleh nilai 0,319 > 0,05. Sedangkan hasil untuk uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa modal minimal investasi dan return berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap minat investasi.
Most countries try to develop tourism destinations with a variety of strategies to be able to compete with other destinations. This study is designed to explore the relationship between destination image, destination personality, and intention to re-visit tourists to tourism destinations. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the design of causality research. The research sample is domestic tourists who have visited tourist destinations in Palembang such as Benteng Kuto Besak, Jaka Baring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Kambang Iwak Park, Punti Kayu Park, Siguntang Park, Taman Purbakala Sriwijaya totaling 192 respondents. The structural equation model is used to test the model developed using the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation method using AMOS 22.0. The results of the study explained that there is a linear relationship between destination images and destination personalities. There is no linear relationship between the destination images with the intention to visiting again. Then, there is a linear relationship between personalities of the destination with the intention of visiting again.
Culinary is one of the attractions and tourist attractions that attract tourists to visit tourist destinations. Culinary tours offer a variety of unique local culinary delights for tourists to enjoy. This study was triggered to explore the extent to which tourist experiences and destination quality perceived by tourists during their visit to culinary tourism destinations will boost the level of tourist satisfaction. The sample technique applied in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 216 domestic tourists. This study explains that experience of tourists has an important effect on satisfaction of tourist. In addition, the quality of the destination also has a crucial effect on satisfaction of tourist.
