Business success is closely related to the marketing process. A good defined marketing strategy conducted to increase a sales business and marketing. The elements that must be developed are networking capability, entrepreneurial marketing, competitive advantage, and marketing performance. The sustainability of Indonesian businesses, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is a challenge for entrepreneurs. SMEs are an important factor that affects the increase of national economic growth. This research investigated variables such as networking capability, entrepreneurial marketing, competitive advantage, marketing performance of embroidery SMEs in Tasikmalaya City West Java Indonesia. The technique sampling used in this research was purposive sampling. Samples gained were 120 SMEs. In analyzing the data, researchers employed Structural Equation Model (SEM) method from software AMOS. Entrepreneurial marketing activities are closely related to creating competitive advantage through innovation in the creation of better products, processes, and strategies to satisfy customer needs and desires. Hypothetical testing results showed that network capability and entrepreneurial marketing are important factors that significantly influence competitive advantage of SMEs. Networking capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage are important factors that significantly influence marketing performance of SMEs. Therefore, networking capability, entrepreneurial marketing, competitive advantage, and marketing performance must be developed for sustainable the successfulness of SMEs.
The development of technology-based learning cannot replace the teacher's role as an educator, but the teacher who does not want to learn technology, the teacher will be replaced. During the COVID-19 pandemic and the digital era of technology, it provides opportunities for teachers to develop creative ideas in the use of online learning media. This article aims to analyze the selection of elearning media using the SECTIONS model for pre-service teachers. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used to analyze the relationship between components of SECTIONS model and media selection variable. The number of participants in this study were 200 pre-service English teachers in the Institut Agama Islam Negeri Syekh Nurjati, Indonesia. The results showed that there was a significant effect between components of SECTIONS model and selection of e-learning media. The SECTIONS model is effective and efficient for selecting English e-learning media. Through the SECTIONS model, it can minimize the negative impacts caused by incorrectly determining e-learning media.
Di Era Pandemi Covid 19 perubahan terjadi yaitu pada proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran menjadi tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Penggunaan ICT merupakan sebuah tantangan dan salah satu bentuk motivasi bagi pengajar untuk dapat berinovasi dalam gaya atau metode mengajar. Hippo Animator memiliki fleksibelitas bagi peserta didik dapat digunakan secara online dan offline. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu menganalsis penggunaan Hippo animator dalam upaya mengoptimalkan hasil belajar secara daring di era pandemi covic 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain kuasi-eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 164 mahasiswa. 2 kelas adalah kelas kontrol sebanyak 82 mahasiswa. 2 kelas adalah kelas eksperimen sebanyak 82 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaa Hippo Animasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan statistika dan self-confidence secara signifikan. Selain itu, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melek statistik (statistical literacy), penalaran statistik (statistical reasoning) dan berfikir statistik (statistical thinking) secara signifikan. Penerapan Hippo Aminator pada penelitian ini memberikan warna berbeda dalam pembelajaran statistika.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan self-esteem terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif besifat asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus Solvin dengan taraf signifikan 5% yaitu sebanyak 278 responden yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Data primer yang dikumpulkan langsung dari hasil pengisian angket skala Likert terhadap 278 responden. Data sekunder berupa daftar Indeks Prestasi Sementara (IPS) yang diperoleh dari bagian adminitrasi akademik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Cirebon. Hasil analisis uji hipotesis statistik secara parsial yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial self-efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial self-esteem terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil uji hipotesis statistik secara simultan yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan self-efficacy dan self-esteem terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Conflicts that occur in the school environment as the dynamics of a multicultural society. Shaping the character of students' multicultural education is the main responsibility of a teacher. The objectives of the study are 1) To find and explain the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering religious attitudes in multicultural society in schools; 2) To find, understand, and explain the strategy of Islamic Education teachers in implementing multicultural values in schools; 3) To find, understand, and explain what are the obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing multicultural education in schools. This research is qualitative descriptive analysis with depth interview method. Data were obtained from interviews with 25 teachers from various subject areas at Cirebon 2 State High School, West Java, Indonesia. The positive role of the teacher can be seen in the attitude of fostering religious awareness and multicultural attitudes in schools by providing religious lessons. The strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in growing religious multiculturalism through sustainable character education learning. The obstacles faced by some education teachers are religious fanaticism, teachers cannot control the implementation of daily interactions and different levels of student awareness.
