Latar belakang: Aktivitas belajar yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama ini hanya lebih mengandalkan mata kuliah yang sifatnya ceramah. Hal tersebut dirasakan kurang memberikan tantangan dan semangat dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terbukti dari menurunnya minat mahasiswa untuk hadir dalam setiap perkulihaan yang dilaksanakan. Tentunya motivasi dalam belajar akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, internal ataupun eksternal. Penerapan model pembelajaran tertentu diharapkan mampu membantu mahasiswa untuk mencapai target pembelajaran. Diharapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe thinik-pair-square mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-square (TPS) terhadap motivasi belajar keperawatan kritis. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian dengan teknik one group pretest-posttest. pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Kuesioner telah diuji menggunakan Model Rasch untuk melihat reliabilitas dan validitas dan hasil logit adalah 0,89. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah perempuan yaitu sebanyak 85%. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test pada kelompok perlakukan didapatkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yang membuktikan terdapat perbedaan motivasi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Kesimpulan: Perubahan nilai motivasi pada mahasiswa setelah diberikan tipe pembelajaran think-pair-square yang berbeda dari sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa metode ini berhasil bagi mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembelajaran keperawatan kritis
Pendahuluan: Pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam ketepatan pelaksanaan triase sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada masa pandemi ini, jika pengetahuan perawat yang dimiliki sangat baik maka penanganan triase di Rumah Sakit khususnya di IGD akan maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahan perawat terkait triase dengan penerapan triase sesuai protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di IGD. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dengan sampel sebanyak 37 responden, sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampling non-probality sampling dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu lembar kuesioner untuk variabel pengetahuan dan lembar observasi untuk variabel penerapan, untuk kuesioner pengetahuan sudah dilakukan uji validitas di RSUD Wangaya Denpasar pada tanggal 29 April- 7 Mei 2021, dengan hasil uji validitas sebesar 0,366-0,705 dan hasil uji reabilitas dengan menggunakan alpha cronbach sebesar 0,921. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 25 orang (67,6%) responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dan penerapan triase baik, dan sebanyak 12 orang (32,4%) responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan cukup dan penerapan triase cukup. Berdasarkan uji rank spearman diperoleh dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,605 dan menyatakan bahwa bahwa nilai p value sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai α sebesar 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan penerapan triase sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dengan arah hubungan korelasi positif yang artinya semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan perawat terkait triase maka semakin baik pula tingkat penerapatan triase sesuai dengan protokol COVID-19. Diskusi: Penerapan triase sangat penting dalam proses penentuan dalam tingkat kegawat daruratan pasien, dalam hal ini tingkat pengetahuan perawat sangat mempengaruhi proses penerapan triase sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat dalam melakukan tindakan triase secara tepat sehingga bisa diterapkan dengan baik.
