This article is devoted to the description of methods for improving the efficiency and production of autoclaved materials and lime, as well as an increase in safety in their production. The basis of the proposed technical and technological methods is a new method for the production of autoclaved materials. As part of the scientific work on improving the quality of autoclaved products, an additive (copper sulphate) was found, which makes it possible to slow down the lime hydration time in the binder for several hours, which makes it possible to apply the mechanical activation of lime-silica binder with wet grinding and improve working conditions in the workplace.
The article proposes a method for producing epoxy polymers, based on epoxy resin ED-20, modified with slag from the JSC “Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant”. It has been established that it is possible to regulate physical and mechanical properties of composite materials by introducing filler, which will allow expanding its areas of application.
The paper discusses current environmental problems associated with the accumulation and disposal of municipal solid waste in Russia by the example of the Belgorod region. It is shown that the existing rates of waste accumulation can lead to environmental emergencies in the region. The scenarios for the development of emergency situations at the landfill of Belgorod were considered. The analysis show that the most dangerous in terms of the social and environmental consequences of dangerous situations are scenarios related to the filtering of the contents of the map-ditches into the environment. Also, the high integral risk has a scenario with pollution of atmospheric air of polygon gases. Using the method of risk matrices by formalizing expert opinions, it is shown that a comprehensive method of disposal of solid waste minimizes anthropogenic pressure on the environment in the field of waste management.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
