В работе рассмотрен вариант получения несимметричных 1,5-диоксосоединений -структурных аналогов известных антикоагулянтных препаратов. Выявлено влияние ортозаместителя в ароматическом кольце альдегида на конечную структуру продукта, отсутствие заместителя во втором положении ароматического кольца или присутствие химически малоактивного метоксильного заместителя приводит к образованию открытой системы соединений 4-гидрокси-3-((2-гидрокси-4,4-диметил-6-oксоциклогекс-1-ен-1-ил)арилметил)-2H-хромен-2-онового ряда, а использование ортогидроксибензальдегидов открывает путь для дальнейшей О-гетероциклизации между альдегидным и димедонильными фрагментами с образованием ксантеноновой структуры. Впервые проведен скрининг рядов синтезированных соединений в условиях in vitro на крови здоровых доноров-мужчин в возрасте 18-24 лет, показано, что четыре образца проявляют антикоагулянтную активность, равную половине таковой, проявляемой гепарином натрия. При исследовании соединений на антиагрегациооную активность изучались показатели активированного парциального тромбопластинового времени, протромбинового времени и концентрации фибриногена. В результате установлено, что два из девяти полученных соединений проявляют активность, превосходящую таковую для ацетисалициловой кислоты в 3,7 и 5,5 раза, что является превосходным показателем, остальные соединения обладали или меньшей активностью, или проявляли противоположную, проагрегантную активность, т.е. ускоряли образование тромбов.
