Проблема хронического обструктивного заболевания легких (ХОЗЛ) в сочетании с гипертонической болезнью (ГБ) становится все более актуальной в связи с ростом ее распространенности и неблагоприятными последствиями как в мире, так и в Украине. Цель работы-оценить уровень интерлейкина-18 (ИЛ-18) и интерлейкина-10 (ИЛ-10) у больных ХОЗЛ в сочетании с ГБ. Материалы и методы. Обследовали 87 больных ХОЗЛ профессиональной этиологии GOLD 2-3, групп B, C, D. Основная группа включала 67 больных ХОЗЛ в сочетании с гипертонической болезнью II стадии, группа сравнения-20 больных ХОЗЛ. На основании анализа клинико-анамнестических, антропометрических, спирометрических данных и рентгенографии органов грудной клетки пациенты были разделены на фенотипы: эмфизематозный, бронхитический, фенотип с частыми обострениями и астма-ХОЗЛ перекрестный синдром (АХПС). Обследование проводили в период ремиссии, который характеризовался стабильными клиническими симптомами и показателями функции внешнего дыхания. Все больные получали стандартную базовую терапию согласно стадии заболевания. Диагноз ХОЗЛ и его степень тяжести устанавливали согласно приказу № 555 МОЗ Украины от 27 июня 2013 года и рекомендациям GOLD 2017. Всем больным проведены общеклиническое и лабораторное обследования, пульсоксиметрия, исследование функции внешнего дыхания, электрокардиография, эхокардиография и рентгенография органов грудной клетки. ИЛ-18 и ИЛ-10 определяли в периферической крови методом иммуноферментного анализа, используя тест-системы «Bender MedSystems, GmbH» (Австрия). В контрольную группу вошли 20 практически здоровых лиц, репрезентативных по возрасту и полу. Статистическую обработку полученных данных проводили непараметрическими методами статистики. Достоверность различий в независимых группах оценивали с помощью U-критерия Манна-Уитни. Все статистические тесты были двусторонними, различия считали значимыми при p < 0,05.
