Цель исследования. Обоснование эффективности и безопасности применения АктиГеля Мульти-Гин в комплексной терапии и профилактике у больных с рецидивирующим бактериальным вагинозом. Материал и методы. Проводились сбор анамнеза, клинический осмотр и обследование 30 пациенток репродуктивного возраста с рецидивирующим бактериальным вагинозом. Диагноз был поставлен на основании наличия критериев Amsel: оценки характера выделений из влагалища; определения рН вагинального содержимого; применения аминотеста; микроскопического исследования вагинального содержимого на предмет «ключевых» клеток. АктиГель Мульти-Гин в комплексной терапии больных с бактериальным вагинозом назначался всем 30 пациенткам по схеме: 20 мл (суточная доза 4 мл, по 2 мл 2 раза в день в течение 5 дней), 10 применений. С 1-го дня лечения все пациентки также получали согласно Федеральным клиническим рекомендациям по ведению больных с бактериальным вагинозом (Москва, 2015) метронидазол 500 мг перорально 2 раза в сутки в течение 7 дней. Контрольную группу составляли 10 женщин с бактериальным вагинозом, получавших согласно Федеральным клиническим рекомендациям по ведению больных с бактериальным вагинозом (Москва, 2015) только метронидазол 500 мг перорально 2 раза в сутки в течение 7 дней. Через 14 дней и 1 мес после окончания лечения проводилось установление излеченности. У всех пациенток с бактериальным вагинозом оценивалось качество жизни до применения АктиГеля Мульти-Гин в комплексной терапии и после него. Результаты. Установлено, что применение АктиГеля Мульти-Гин в комплексном лечении пациенток с рецидивирующим бактериальным вагинозом способствует быстрому восстановлению вагинальной микробиоты, регрессу клинических проявлений, оказывает высокоэффективное профилактическое действие, уменьшая количество рецидивов и увеличивая длительность межрецидивного периода. Заключение. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют об эффективности и безопасности применения АктиГеля Мульти-Гин при лечении больных с рецидивирующим бактериальным вагинозом и целесообразности его применения в акушерско-гинекологической практике.
