Предмет исследования. Надежность работы инерциальных навигационных систем напрямую зависит от надежности работы роторов. Предложена методика входного контроля роторов двухстепенных поплавковых гироскопов, входящих в состав более двухсот таких систем, находящихся в эксплуатации. Метод. Разработанная методика основана на определении состава сплава Ю10Н15 для роторов двухстепенных поплавковых гироскопов, его однородности по основным химическим элементам, а также на оценке качества поверхности роторов. В основе методики лежат методы сканирующей электронной микроскопии и рентгеноспектрального микроанализа для получения исходных данных и их дальнейшей обработки методом однофакторного дисперсионного анализа с целью определения гомогенности состава. Основные результаты. В результате исследований выявлено различие химического состава сплава роторов по основным и легирующим элементам, зафиксирована разница топологии поверхности образцов, изготовленных по одной технологии, определены включения примесных элементов с размерами от нескольких единиц микрометров и химическим составом, радикально отличающимся от общего состава сплава. Практическая значимость. Использование методики позволяет выявить несоответствие химического состава сплава техническим требованиям, наличие нежелательных примесей и включений, негомогенность состава сплава и микродефектов поверхности, а следовательно, снизить вероятность отказа роторов.
