В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы развития экономической си-стемы Российской Федерации, анализируется влияние потоков нелегальных мигрантов на национальную экономику. По мнению авторов, особое внимание необходимо уделять совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы, регулирующей миграционную политику государства. В работе изложены практические рекомендации по созданию условий для организованного приёма востребованных экономикой трудовых мигрантов из-за рубежа, в том числе содействие в социальной адаптации долгосрочных мигрантов. В качестве меры для снижения потоков нелегальных мигрантов в РФ авторы также рассматривают возможность увеличения штрафных санкций для работодателей за незаконное привлече-ние к трудовой деятельности одного иностранного гражданина. The article deals with topical issues of the economic system of the Russian Federation and the influence of flows of illegal migrants on the national economy. According to the authors, special attention should be paid to improving the legal framework governing the migration policy of the state. The paper provides practical guidance on creating conditions for the organized reception sought economies of migrant workers from abroad, including assistance in social adaptation of long-term migrants. As a measure to reduce the flow of illegal migrants in the Russian Federation, the authors also consider the possibility of increasing the penalties for employers of illegal employment activities of a foreign citizen.
