A correct phenomenological model of the microwa¨e ( ) surface impedance of a high-temperature superconducting HTS film with reduced number of fitting parameters is presented. Simple empirical expressions are proposed for London penetration depth at T s 0 K and for the residual resistance parameter ␣¨ersus the fitting parameter ␥ considered as a figure of merit of the HTS film at microwa¨es. The model is¨erified by a comparison of results of modeling and measurement data in a wide temperature range.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
