Роды в тазовом предлежании остаются одной из актуальных проблем акушерства. В сроки беременности более 29 нед рекомендуют проводить мероприятия, направленные на перевод тазового предлежания в головное с помощью наружного профилактического поворота плода на голову, различных комплексов гимнастических упражнений, а также других методов исправления аномального предлежания плода, к которым относят аквааэробику. Цель исследования-провести оценку эффективности использования аквааэробики в качестве средства дородовой коррекции при патологическом предлежании плода. Материал и методы. Под наблюдением находились 100 женщин в возрасте от 21 года до 38 лет, чисто ягодичное предлежание плода наблюдалось в 83 случаях, поперечное-в 14, ножное-в 2, косое-в 1. Для подготовки женщин к родам по назначению лечащего врача и под руководством инструктора использовали комплекс аквааэробики. Результаты. В 83 случаях дородовая коррекция предлежания плода с помощью занятий аквааэробики была успешной, а беременность у женщин завершилась родоразрешением через естественные родовые пути. В 17 наблюдениях дородовая коррекция оказалась неэффективной, что послужило причиной планового кесаревого сечения. Переворот плода происходил после 2-3-го занятия в 66,3% случаев, а срок гестации на момент переворота в 81,9% случаев составил 32-33 нед. Заключение. Опыт работы с беременными позволил положительно оценить эффективность применения корригирующей аквааэробики и рекомендовать переворот плода с ее помощью к внедрению в клиническую практику.
