Organochlorine insecticides residues (α-HCH, β-HCH, Lindane, HCB, Aldrin, Heptachlor, Chlordane, total DDT, Endrin and Methoxychlor) were analyzed in 75 samples of raw milk, sour cream and cooking buttercollected from Beni-Suef Governorate-using gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD). The results indicated that all the examined samples were accepted except three butter samples showed residue levels exceeded the Maximum Residues Levels (MRLs).
