Поперечнополосатые мышцы в условиях белковой сенсибилизации (БС) изменяют силу сокращения in vitro на агонист карбахолин и содержание малонового диальдегида (МДА). В работе проводилось сравнение этих показателей на изолированной полоске дыхательной мышцы-«смешанной» m. diaphragma и «быстрой» двигательной мышцы-m. extensor digitorum longus (m. EDL) мыши. У m. diaphragma в условиях БС наблюдается корреляция обоих показателей, что происходит по причине как возрастания чувствительности постсинаптической мембраны мышечных волокон (МВ) к ацетилхолину, так и динамикой последующих этапов системы ЭМС. У m. EDL, в отличие от m. diaphragma в условиях БС уменьшается сила сокращения и не изменяется уровень МДА. Пластичность и дыхательных, и двигательных мышц сенсибилизированных животных определяется работой элементов механизма ЭМС, локализованных как на мембране, так и в цитоплазме МВ. Мы предполагаем, что одним из механизмов обнаруженной пластичности являются процессы, обеспечиваемые динамикой как вне-, так и внутриклеточной АТФ. Изменение содержания диальдегида в поперечнополосатой мышце сенсибилизированных мышей может быть причиной морфофункциональных сдвигов как на мембране МВ, так и ее влиянием на элементы системы внутриклеточных посредников в цитоплазме. Наблюдаемая динамика изученных свойств является проявлением адаптационных механизмов в условиях развивающейся аллергии, чей вклад в их работу у различных МВ дыхательной и двигательной мышц неоднозначен.
