Ziele: Die Ergebnisse der Fachtagung »Bewährtes übertragen – Modelle der Cannabisbehandlung für die Praxis«, d. h. insbesondere hilfreiche und problematische Aspekte beim Übergang von Modellprojekten zur Prävention und zur Behandlung von cannabisbezogenen Störungen in die Regelversorgung sollen dargestellt werden. </p><p> Ergebnisse: Als hilfreich für den Transfer in die Regelversorgung erwiesen sich die Kompatibilität neuer Programme mit dem bestehenden Angebot, die Strukturiertheit sowie Transferseminare für Fachkräfte und Plattformen für den Erfahrungsaustausch. Als Hauptschwierigkeiten wurden das aufwändige Kooperationsmanagement mit zum Teil ungewohnten Partnern (z. B. der Polizei) genannt und die Berücksichtigung der speziellen regionalen Bedingungen (u. a. bestehende Programme, Finanzierung). </p><p> Fazit und Ausblick: Die vorgestellten Programme eröffnen neue Zugangswege zu Patienten, die bisher keine Suchtberatungsstellen aufsuchten und können somit bei spezifischen Zielgruppen eine Lücke im Suchthilfesystem schließen. Die vorgestellten Angebote sind überwiegend Kooperationsprojekte, die zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Ziele ein Zusammenwirken der Akteure auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen sowie klar definierte Aufgaben und Standards erfordern – auch unter Akzeptanz unterschiedlicher Einstellungen.
Zusammenfassung Ziel und Methode: Informationen aus der Berichterstattung der EMCDDA und aus internationalen wissenschaftlichen Publikationen werden herangezogen, um m?gliche Sch?den durch ?Neue psychoaktive Substanzen? (NPS) zu beschreiben und daraus resultierende Anforderungen an das Suchthilfesystem zu diskutieren. Ergebnisse: W?hrend NPS als ?legale Drogen? eine Reihe rechtlicher Gemeinsamkeiten aufweisen, sind sie in Bezug auf Konsumrisiken, Konsumentengruppen und Anforderungen an die Suchthilfe recht heterogen. Interventionen m?ssen sich daher eher an Substanzgruppen als am Oberbegriff orientieren. Die Pr?valenz des Konsums von NPS ist insgesamt sehr niedrig, jedoch in bestimmten Gruppen deutlich erh?ht. Risiken und Sch?den umfassen ein weites Spektrum an somatischen und psychischen Effekten bis hin zu Todesf?llen, sind aber oft mit polytoxem Konsum verbunden. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Substanz insbesondere in der Akutversorgung oft unklar und ihre Effekte und entsprechende spezifische Behandlungsans?tze oft wenig erforscht sind. Schlussfolgerungen: Unter aktuellen Bedingungen empfiehlt sich der Einsatz von Elementen guter klinischer und akutmedizinischer Praxis, angepasst an die individuellen Bedingungen und erg?nzt um spezifische Elemente, wo dies m?glich ist. Der schnelle Wechsel der Substanzen erfordert dabei eine Beschleunigung des Informationsflusses. Das Hilfesystem sollte hierzu noch st?rker als bisher seine Kontakte zu diversen Netzwerken nutzen.
