Summary
Problems associated with comparing pollen diagrams can be partly avoided by using a computer to draw diagrams in a standard form. A program which may be used to produce comparative diagrams is described. The input specifications and limitations and examples of the output are presented and discussed in the light of the increasing volume of pollen data which are available.
