This article covers major issues cornering implementation of Basel Accords («Basel II» and «Basel III») in Russian banking supervision legislation. Basel Accords are primarily focused on increasing of financial stability of banking system due to risk-management requirements. Major issues, revealed due to approval of regulative frameworks which obliged Russian banking system to implement Basel Standards are simultaneous implementation of Basel I and Basel II and incompleteness of implementational principles into Russian practice.
At the moment, practice-oriented research aimed at analyzing all aspects of the organization of student selfgovernment in a university is acquiring special relevance. So, in this article, the authors make a detailed analytical review of regulatory documents from the standpoint of highlighting special aspects of student selfgovernment activities. At the same time, special attention is paid to a detailed consideration of all levels of documentation, including local provisions adopted on the basis of Minin University. In the course of the article, the authors note that student self-government is a specific area that provides multifaceted opportunities for the implementation of youth policy. At the same time, its activities are regulated by a whole legislative framework, namely the Constitution of the Russian Federation, various Federal laws, regional and local regulatory legal acts. The result of the complex analytics carried out reflects the general development of the integration of student selfgovernment activities into the educational process, which is highly efficient and reasonable in terms of providing comprehensive professional training of specialists. So, it is important to say that today there is a problem of the impossibility of assessing the hierarchical structure of student self-government bodies, which requires a special solution. This is due to the fact that no regulatory legal act contains information on the structuring of student associations.
