The vision of a third dimension added to hitherto nearly flat urban/metropolitan transport system gained the potential to become a mobility revolution for both logistics operators and, in the near future, for passengers as well. In spite of the expected emergence of this new form of transport and respective benefits for the efficiency of the mobility system at urban and suburban scale, UAM implementation also involves unprecedented and numerous challenges for cities and for all local public and private stakeholders. The local governing bodies are expected to provide policy, regulations and guidance for the implementation of UAM and to assure its integration with the ground mobility systems as well as with other urban functionalities. Taking into account both potential benefits and associated challenges related to UAM implementation, ASSURED-UAM (Acceptance, Safety and SUstainability Recommendations for Efficient Deployment of UAM) project, funded by the H2020 Programme, aims to support that effort, by providing a multidisciplinary study on operational and policy frameworks for the process of the introduction of unmanned modes of UAM.
The research objective of the article is the substantiation of methodological and applied recommendations for improving deposit guarantee system in Ukraine in view of the international experience. The study object is the deposit guarantee system management in the framework of reforming the Ukrainian legislation aimed at establishing a mechanism of deposits guaranteeing. During the research there were used such methods as: dialectical method and methods of analysis and synthesis -to study the features of deposit guarantee systems of developed countries, the characteristics of mechanism for returning deposits and international law peculiarities; statistical method -to analyze the indicators of banking system in Ukraine and credit unions (CU), for empirical determining CU to banks indicator ratio as well; structural and logical analysis -to develop theoretical and methodological principles of forming effective deposits guaranteeing mechanism in Ukraine. The need to ensure the system of deposits guaranteeing not only to individuals but also to individual-private entrepreneurs and legal entities was established. This will facilitate the development of small and medium businesses in the country. There were analyzed peculiarities of credit unions activity in Ukraine in the context of reforming the banking system. The possibility of including the credit unions to the deposit guarantee system of Ukraine by the example of the EU countries and the world was substantiated. There were characterized necessary amendments to the national legislation in the field of deposit guaranteeing and the effective mechanisms for their implementation were proposed.
The article deals with issues related to the peculiarities of the methodology of conducting financial research at the stages of innovation process. Important in the author's approach is the formulation of the problem of forming a certain set of research methods for the stages of innovation process from the standpoint of financial results. The following methods were used in the research: dialectical method and methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of comparison and generalisations, structural and logical analysis. To achieve the set goal, namely, to determine the composition of research methods of innovation process by stages, each of which has its own specificity and may require a unique set of methods, a comparative analysis of interrelated research objects, which are the innovation process, the life cycle of the product (products, services, objects) and scientific and technical preparation of production. For the studied object – the innovation process – an analysis was made and two main research subjects, certain stages of the innovation process, were distinguished: fundamental and applied research. Complexes of research methods were formed for each of them for the first time in order to determine financial goals and objectives. It is proposed to consider the determination of the maximum amount of budget expenditures for the implementation of innovative processes as a financial goal of the research of objects of fundamental and applied research. A matrix of complexes of research methods for the stages of the innovation process with expected tasks and results of financial activity was formed. The conclusions obtained as a result of the research can be useful in practices of employees of research institutions and organisations, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions researching the problems of innovative development and implementing the stages of the innovation process
The results of experiments to determine the sensitivity to impact and puncturing, as well as to the response time of explosive compositions based on porous silicon with various oxidants and phlegmatizing or inert additives, are presented. The results obtained are compared with the data on the response time of the standard igniting compositions and initiating explosives.
