Догоспитальный этап -первое звено в системе ока-зания медицинской помощи больным с острыми наруше-ниями мозгового кровообращения (ОНМК). Эффектив-ная работа службы скорой помощи во многом предопре-деляет исход заболевания у пациентов с ургентной сосу-дистой патологией нервной системы и способствует пре-емствен ности ведения больных в рамках мультидисцип-линарного подхода.
В настоящее время сведения об эпидемиологии, клинических особенностях, профилактике и лечении новой коронавирусной инфекции, вызываемой вирусом SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 ), постоянно дополняются и обновляются. Наиболее распространенными клиническими проявлениями COVID-19 являются повышение температуры тела, симптомы интоксикации, кашель, одышка, утомляемость, ощущение заложенности в грудной клетке, снижение обоняния и вкуса, реже -боли в животе, рвота, диарея. На текущий период имеются данные клинических наблюдений, описывающих поражения кожи при новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19. Одним из первых описание кожных проявлений при COVID-19 опубликовал итальянский дерматолог Recalcati S. (2020), который привел данные о возможных разновидностях поражения кожи, как варианте манифестации новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID -19. В настоящей статье представлены случаи подтвержденной COVID-19 инфекции с поражениями кожи, из практики специалистов выездных бригад скорой и неотложной медицинской помощи ГБУ «Станция скорой и неотложной медицинской помощи им. А.С. Пучкова» г. Москвы, при осмотре пациентов в дебюте заболевания. В начальном периоде COVID-19 при осмотре пациентов наблюдались разнообразные по характеру морфологические элементы: папуло-везикулезные, папуло-сквамозные, эритематозные, уртикарные и другие, локализация их также была различной. Связаны ли описанные изменения на коже с непосредственным воздействием возбудителя COVID-19 или являются проявлением вторичных патогенетических факторов (инфекционно-аллергического, аллергического, токсического и др.) в настоящее время неизвестно. Необходимо дальнейшее накопление клинических наблюдений кожных проявлений при этом заболевании для возможности анализа и оценки их диагностической и прогностической ценности.
