Аннотация. В статье изучается проблема развития креативности будущих инженеров, способных работать в сложных высокотехнологичных реалиях. Творческие навыки как способность использовать воображение для генерирования новых идей являются фундаментальной основой для инженеров. Целью статьи является разработка педагогической технологии развития креативности студентов инженерных специальностей в образовательном процессе вуза с помощью информационно-образовательной платформы Moodle. В качестве методологических оснований выбраны гуманноориентированная системно-синергетическая методология и системно-информационный подход, позволяющие рассматривать данную технологию как систему сбора, хранения и передачи образовательного контента в учебном процессе вуза с опорой на гуманизм в достижении системно-синергетической общности участников образовательного процесса. Результатом исследования является педагогическая технология развития креативности студентов инженерных специальностей, обладающая такими признаками, как целостность, системность, этапность, ориентированность на результат. Авторы оценивают эффективность применения технологии развития креативности будущих инженеров с использованием Moodle посредством сравнительного анализа результатов поэтапного мониторинга, отражающих повышение уровня креативности студентов. В исследовании приняло участие 96 студентов бакалавров инженерного профиля ЮУрГУ. Данная технология может быть использована в образовательном процессе вуза для совершенствования других гибких навыков.Ключевые слова: развитие креативности, педагогическая технология, студенты инженерных специальностей, информационно-образовательная платформа Moodle
