Magnetic properties Magnetic properties D 9000Magnetism of CaRuO 3 Crystal. -Single crystals of the title compound are grown by the flux method using CaCl 2 as a flux. The compound is characterized by magnetic measurements and Moessbauer spectroscopy on a Fe 0.01 O 3 crystal. No magnetic order exists at temperatures down to 15 K. However, the magnetization curve of the crystal shows peculiar behavior at 1.7 and 5 K, suggesting the existence of magnetic order at very low temperature. -(KORIYAMA, A.; ISHIZAKI, M.; OZAWA, T.
