АннотацияКлючевые слова Электрохимическая обработка (ЭХО) металлов включает методы, предназначен-ные для придания деталям определенной формы, размеров или шероховатости. Осуществляется ЭХО в электролизерах (электролитических ваннах, электрохи-мических ячейках специальных станков, установок). Электрохимические способы обработки появились в связи с применением сверхпрочных металлов и других материалов, которые трудно поддаются тради-ционной обработке. Новые методы оказались эффективными при изготовлении деталей сложной формы, например штампов, деталей малой жесткости или не-больших размеров с круглыми отверстиями и щелями, а также обработки в тех случаях, когда механическое воздействие на заготовку либо ограничено, либо ре-жущий инструмент не может быть подведен к обрабатываемой поверхности [1]. Однако более широкое применение данного метода обработки сдерживается не-достаточной изученностью процесса.Электрохимические методы обработки металлов основаны на принципе электролиза. Известно, что если в сосуд с токопроводящей жидкостью ввести твердые проводящие пластинки (электроды) и подать напряжение, возникает электрический ток. Такие токопроводящие жидкости называют проводниками II рода, или электролитами. К их числу относят растворы кислот, щелочей и со-лей в воде или других растворителях, а также расплавы солей. Носителями тока в электролитах служат положительные и отрицательные ионы, которые дви-жутся соответственно к отрицательному электроду-катоду и положительному электроду-аноду [2]. В зависимости от химической природы электролита и электродов, а также значения напряжения, на металлическом катоде обычно выделяется водород, на аноде происходит растворение металла, которое часто сопровождается выделением кислорода. Это явление и получило название элек-тролиза.
