This study aims to find out how the practice of price fixing on fishery products in TPI Muncar, Banyuwangi Regency? as well as knowing how the practice of pricing on fishery products at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency in the perspective of Islamic economics?. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, which describes the data that the researchers collected both from observations, interviews and documentation during research at at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency. The practice of fixing the prices set at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency, there are two ways, the first is in the practice of fixing the prices carried out by the fish collectors Mrs. Kati and the fish collectors Mrs. Trima from methods such as the price competition method, and the pricing based on demand is appropriate with Islamic economics, while the pricing method used by Mr. Soep such as using the promotion method is still not in accordance with Islamic economics because it still contains elements of coercion.
This community service research focuses on addressing financial management challenges faced by PP Mukhtar Syafa'at, an Islamic boarding school in Banyuwangi. Established in 1990 with a substantial student population, the school grappled with manual financial recording, leading to errors, omissions, and decentralized contributions handling. This study employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) to implement an integrated financial management solution, introducing computerized recording and an accompanying application. As a result, the school transitioned from a manual to an integrated system, bolstered by computerized recording and a financial reporting application, enhancing administrative accountability and accuracy in financial reporting.
This research aims to find out how the practice of collaborating with rice processing in the Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi, and knowing how to practice the cooperation with processing of maro in The Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi the perspective of Islamic economic law. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study are the collaboration carried out by the owner of the paddy field and the paddy farmer, the paddy owner only provides land only, while the paddy cultivator is burdened with material capital and labor to work on the paddy. The practice of maro processing in paddy fields in Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency is included in the mukhabarah contract. The profit sharing mechanism uses the bawon system (crop maintenance fee). If 100% of the yield is obtained, 20% will be given to the cultivators of the paddy fields, while the remaining 80% of the deduction will be collected between the two parties where each party will get an equal 40% yield.
In the district of Banyuwangi home industry or small industry is growing and developing rapidly. Banyuwangi has home industry centers, one of which is in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the business ethics in buying and selling transactions at tofu home industry in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency in terms of Islamic Business Ethics. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. As for this study using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. Home industry knows that Mr. Masduki and Mr. Mukhlis in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency have fully implemented Islamic Business Ethics. Because it is in accordance with the principles of unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and truth, virtue, and honesty. In contrast to home industry tofu, Mr. Habib Hasan, who is still unable to carry out Islamic Business Ethics. Due to having violated the principles of unity, balance and honesty, because Mr. Habib is still reducing the quantity of goods and hoarding merchandise before selling. It is better for tofu home industry traders to always uphold Islamic religious values. because with Islamic Business Ethics it will benefit all parties, both traders and consumers
