Изложена клиническая кар-тина напряженного пневмоперикарда, и использованные методы диагности-ки этого состояния. Успешная ликвидация осложнения у соматически отягощенного больного оказалась возможной только благодаря быстрой и точной лучевой диагностике этого состояния.Ключевые слова: напряженный пневмоперикард, трансстернальная окклюзия. n X-ray picture of tension pneumopericardium, as a transsternal transpericardial main bronchus stump occlusion complication, not previously seen after this surgery, is described. The clinical picture of a tension pneumopericardium and diagnostic methods applied to determine this condition are reported. Successful elimination of complications in a somatically burdened patient was possible only due to rapid and accurate diagnostics of this condition.

The low incidence of nodular fistulas can create difficulties in diagnosis and timely treatment. This clinical observation describes the diagnosis of pneumonodular fistula in a female patient with tuberculosis at multiple sites as a complication of tuberculous mediastinitis. It describes the surgical treatment received by this patient and its outcome as an example of correct treatment policy for this complication.
