PENERAPAN METODE GOAL PROGRAMMING DALAM MENGOPTIMALKANPENDISTRIBUSIAN BBM di KOTA POSO SERTA MEMINIMUMKANKENDARAAN YANG DIGUNAKAN BERBASISKAPASITAS TANGKI SPBU
ABSTRACT
The queue is an activity that arises because of the number of services the facility is less than the number who need the service. Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan lelang(KPKNL) Palu is one of the government agencies that implement a queuing system on reconciliation of State Owned Property (BMN) that it held every semester, where they just served the 337 of work units comparethe 700 of work unit within two weeks. This study aimed is to obtain the characteristics of the queue and the optimum number of servers in the service of reconciliation in KPKNL Palu using queues. The results showed the busiest time is on July 21, 2016. The addition of a server from 4 to 8 servers showed a decrease in the queue. It is perceptibly from a queue characteristics decrease in levels of activity server (ρ) from 75% to 20,8%, the number of work units waiting in the queue (Lq) of 1,53 2work units/ hour to 0 work unit/hour, the number of work units waiting in the system (Ls) of 4,53 5 work units/hour into 1,667 2 work units/hour, time waiting in queues (Wq) of 6,11 minutes to 0 minutes, the waiting time in the system ( Ws) of 18,11 minutes to 6,667 minutes and the number of work units that is served in 2 weeks are 700 work units.

One phenomenon that often occurs in daily life is a queue phenomenon. When queue is too long, it will harm the customer, therefore improving system servicing and optimizing the number of servers expected to reduce the queue, so the process of waiting does not happen too long. In the process of payment of motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Palu City, it has been known that the queuing system using model Multi Channel- Multi Phase. Thissystem occurs if there are two or more facilities serving with services more than one phase. The ains of thisreseareh are to determine the characteristics of quene system and to know the number of person that required in the process of rehiele tax payment so that the service becomes optimal. The results stated that each phases of 1,2,3 and 4 is consist of 2 person, and motor vehicle tax payment servises in SAMSAT Palu is 108,9 minutes forone customer. Once optimized, an alternative solution to queue problem in SAMSAT Palu city is added person.The addition of 3 person at phase 1, 4 person phase 2, 5 person at phase 3 and phase 4. Will shorten the queuelength from (108,9) minutes to (29,76) minutes for one customer.Keywords : Model Multi Channel- Multi Phase, Samsat Queue.
Potential blood donors are blood donors who can donate their blood back after success through 2 stages of blood donation such as the physical health test (active) and the screening test (laboratory test). The purpose of this study are to obtain an application that can be used to predict potential blood donors who will donate their blood back at the PMI Palu, Sigi and Donggala Blood Transfusion Units, and to obtain their level of accuracy using the Learning Vector Quantitation algorithm. This prediction application for potential blood donors makes it easier for the public to know whether they can donate their blood or not. Classification is done using 300 data consisting of 70% training data and 30% testing data. The data used in this study are data taken in 2018. The accuracy of the best weighting in stage 1 is 95.56% obtained using the training rate (α) of 0.1≤α≤0.25 and the rate reduction training (decα) which is varied. While the best weighting results in stage 2 have an average accuracy rate of 100% obtained by using a training rate (α) of 0.000001≤α≤0.5 and a reduction in the rate of training (decα) which varies.
Setiap perusahaan di dunia selalu mengharapkan keuntungan yang semaksimal mungkin agar siklus hidup perusahaan tersebut berjalan dengan baik. Untuk itu, perusahaan tersebut harus mampu mengatur sedemikian rupa biaya yang digunakan agar tetap terjadi rentang antara pengeluaran dan pemasukan perusahaan. PT. Indomarco Adi Prima merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produk pangan masih kesulitan untuk menentukan metode yang tepat dalam mengoptimalkan biaya transportasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh biaya transportasi optimal pada PT. Indomarco Adi Prima di kota Palu dengan menggunakan metode Modified Distribution (MODI). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum menerapkan metode Modified Distribution (MODI) biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. Indomarco Adi Prima yaitu sebesar Rp. 61.510.000 dan biaya transportasi yang di hasilkan setelah menggunakan metode Modified Distribution (MODI) yaitu sebesar Rp. 55.565.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indomarco Adi Prima dapat mengoptimalkan biaya transportasi untuk pendistribusian produk pangan pada bulan Desember 2020 dengan penghematan biaya pendistribusian sebesar Rp. 5.945.000 atau sekitar 10,7%.
